"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.
