In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

The apartment consists of two rooms, is 65 m² and equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), sofa bed (130 x 200 cm), smart TV, mirror/clothes rack, etc. The drive to the center of Bonn is 21 minutes and to the center of Alfter 10 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away and the train station is 20 minutes away on foot.
