The space is about 30 square meters and can house four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!

Smooth access to the cottage and check-in is available via self service - instruction after booking. The cottage has its own private patio and lawn with outdoor furniture and bbq. There are no neighbors, besides us. Cozy beech forest for walks etc and wild animals and birds are often seen. No pets in cottage.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
