We had a wonderful stay! Joana is of rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. His apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and ideally located, right by the water. A real corner of paradise that I recommend without so much as a second thought!

Fantastically beautiful apartment with heated pool and great amenities - including a great grill. Everything new, clean and tasteful. We only had contact with the cleaning staff, but they were very friendly and helpful, also very flexible, because we had to check in earlier as an exception. Although the house is located near a street, apart from a few loud noises, that was not a problem, otherwise a very quiet location

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Our week-long stay in Catalina and Juan's apartment in Cala Millor in the first row to the beach was more than perfect. Also the communication for booking and arrival worked smoothly. The warm and friendly welcome by the two immediately made us feel "welcome." We were greeted by a sparkling clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Our favorite place was of course the large terrace, which showed a wonderful sea view with sunrise until late at night the varied life on the beach and on the large promenade every day anew. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet, you do not feel disturbed at all by the nearby restaurants and shops. Info: The Mediterranean restaurant "Perla del Mar" and the very special steakhouse "Amabola Brasas" not only have excellent cuisine, but are also very inexpensive. Another plus: the included shaded parking right next to the apartment

We were at Marc's place with four adults, a toddler and a baby. Extra beds and high chairs were provided for the little ones and we benefited from the existing washing machine. The kitchen was super equipped and left nothing to be desired. The pool was our special highlight and the kids loved it. Marc provided us with a freshly cleaned gas grill with which we conjured up a great BBQ. The location was great and we were on the beach in about 2 minutes with our bags. Marc greeted us kindly and personally at the property. We would always come back :-).

We are very pleased with our trip and the nice accommodation. Cristobal Bortas was a good host who welcomed us when we arrived at the accommodation. We have accommodated 2 adults and our children aged 16, 14 and 10. Everyone has enjoyed themselves. We recommend this accommodation to others who want to go out and travel.

Belkys place was exactly as described and it was in the perfect location. It was clean and had a great view. She was a very friendly host. We would definitely recommend this place!

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

We went with our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons (nearly 4 and just 1). Our objective was to introduce them to the pool and beach and have as relaxing time as possible with 2 infants! We achieved all these as the Villa was very spacious, we all loved it. It is very peaceful with lovely views. The pool is the standout feature, good size, beautifully kept, peaceful and in a lovely setting. The main beach is just a short 10min walk away with lovely sand and great for the children. Cala Vincente is a quiet resort with limited shops so a visit to Lidl for more supplies was necessary to feed everyone. You will need to be fit as going up and down all the steps scan be quite challenging. So be prepared if you have toddlers. Fernando was very quick to respond to all our questions - thank you.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Fantastic apartment overlooking the beach, the location is as good as it gets! Lovely cosy apartment for 4 people, all the amenities you would need. Highly recommended!

Location is absolutely perfect. View from the front bedroom is breathtaking. Swimming spot is great and seldom crowded. This is not a secluded spot but a family neighborhood - kids laughing and playing, people talking. Charming and friendly! House was very clean. Good Ac. Patio table is a great place to sit, as is the upper front balcony. I wanted another day of vacation just to sit on that balcony! Hints we wish we had: 1.Arriving down the short street it is the left side of the leftmost house. 2.turn on both ac early if you want it for sleeping, to reach other bedrooms 3. Eroski and Muller for groceries and extras - 15 min walk early in the cooler is really pleasant. 4. Wikiloc is great to find hikes in the nearby area. Search Playa de Coll Baix for a beautiful family spot or Talaia de Alcudia for a moderate hike and a view like the top of the world.

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

The house is lovely in terms of secluded shaded garden, very spacious and very short walk to the local beach. We were not expecting the beach to be as nice as it was. Although there were some rocks it was only a short walk out to sand underfoot and a chance to swim in the mornings. We would highly recommend Maria's place!

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Luis was wonderful. He greeted us with a bottle of welcome wine and fruit and coffee, a nice touch that made our stay more enjoyable. The apartment is clean, ideal for families, and has towels for everything. The 🏝️ location is next to the most beautiful beach in Alcudia

Another great stay in this apartment Antonio is always there if you need any help are advice. The apartment is in a perfect location great views from the big lovely terrace I can’t fault it in anyway.
