You walk into a living room with a large TV and dining room . The kitchen is small but modern with a dishwasher , coffee pot , and dishes . There is a porch attached to the back of the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake! Please note: There is no lake access. Full basement with washer and dryer and a sitting area with games and dart board. No pets

You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

The property includes a master suite w/ full bathroom and laundry on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs. There is also a full kitchen and dining room on the first floor for making and enjoying meals.

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants.
