La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Una settimana di vero relax! La casa è molto accogliente, familiare e super fornita. Il luogo è meraviglioso! Farsi il bagno con vista monti Sibillini, impareggiabile! Ottima location per staccare da tutto. Caterina molto disponibile e flessibile. Vorremo tornare sicuramente nel periodo di fioritura dei girasoli! Super consigliata!

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

Una casa meravigliosa, un angolo di paradiso. Casa curata e accogliete con un meraviglioso giardino. La vista appaga gli occhi e la notte le lucciole fanno compagnia. Super consigliato.

Such a pretty place! Pool is huge! Kitchen is well equipped Airco upstairs works good Beds are really nice and comfy! Communication with the company that manages the property is fast, professional and nice. Had an amazing stay

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday! Only a 5 min walk from the nearest pebble beach and 15 mins from the sandy beach. 3 minutes to the beautiful bike/walk trail along the coast - fantastic also with small kids. Our kids had their bikes with them and loved to speed along this secure track on the coast. We walked into the nearby village of San Vito Chietino daily to buy bread/fish and seafood and of course ice cream. The house has nearly everything you need - if your missing something let Benjamin know and he'll make sure that you get it. It is quite big and we visitied in Autumn so it was not super warm inside. We ate breakfast and dinner mostly outside, as it was nice to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the view of the sea. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which was very helpful, as it did rain and like this we could dry our things. We really enjoyed our holiday here. Benjamin was a very helpful and understanding host. Thank you.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Die Unterkunft ist neu, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Aussicht sowie die ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre in der Umgebung – ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu geniessen. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele nützliche Tipps zur Region erhalten, etwa zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das hat uns geholfen, den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich und unkompliziert zu gestalten. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die eine ruhige Lage mit guter Aussicht und hilfreichen Gastgebern schätzen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und alles war bestens! Besonders begeistert haben uns der Pool und der Garten. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit Cristina lief die Kommunikation trotz Krankheit hervorragend. Ihr Sohn konnte uns gute Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Mückenschutz am Abend ist empfehlenswert. In der Dämmerung kommen doch einige Stechmücken.

Traumhafte Tage in schöner Umgebung und Meernähe. Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick auf das Meer und die wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse waren einfach wunderschön. Hinter dem Haus geht ein kleiner Weg in einem Olivenhain. Zum Strand ist es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, auch zu den Naturstränden. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und alles da, was man für die Urlaubswochen braucht. Tolle Tipps zum Essen in der Umgebung oder schnelle Antwort & Hilfe bei anderen Fragen Fragen haben wir ebenfalls bekommen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

L'alloggio di Riccardo è stupendo, ancor più dal vivo che in foto. C'è tantissimo spazio per poter condividere del tempo con gli altri oppure per voler stare da soli, in pace, tranquilli. Il fatto che ogni camera avesse un bagno all'interno è stato un altro punto a suo favore, qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Piscina splendida. Letti comodi. Anche il tragitto per raggiungere l'alloggio, nonostante si trovi isolato, è stato lineare.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana sentendoci come a casa. La villetta è stupenda, posizionata in modo strategico ci ha permesso di avere il massimo della privacy e allo stesso tempo di accedere ai servizi in modo facile. Abitanti di Santa Vittoria, cordiali, molto bravi e professionali. La piscina un plus indispensabile per rendere completo questo angolo di paradiso. Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen!
