Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. Great stay, great accommodation and great host. Super-equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. The host is always available for anything, very friendly and kind, with affable manners. A place close to the beach, a 5-minute walk away, and close to several supermarkets. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

The flat was near the centre, very peaceful, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a problem with the 'latch' (don't use it!) but Giusy was round within 10 minutes to sort us out. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino reflects the description and photos. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs on a very beautiful beach is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will definitely try again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.
