A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂

Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. Thank you

Firstly, I liked the house for the budget and I texted the host... host was very sweet helped me with early checkin and I am very happy for that the location is also very good u get uber and just walkable distance to metro and u have everything in house this was a best stay for us we was family and they give us the vishu payyasam which they prepared at home which was very delicious all good... I just checked in and then I called them only to say that we are checking out coz, everything we wanted was in the house

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!! Thanks Biju for making our stay a memorable one!!
