Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Alameda County

The apartment is very nice and new, just like in the photos! There's amenities at the development which are self-service which is quite interesting - grab and go, coffee, arcade, swimming pool... Not many stores or shops within walking distance, so better if you have a car to go around.. else there's always uber/lyft...

Great place! Great location! Great host!

Very central to the peninsula. Freeway entrance/exit a few minutes away. The space was super clean and still had its “brand new” appeal. Very spacious. What made our 2 week stay most special was the developments amenities. Free video game arcade, amazing gym, pool jacuzzi hang out spaces. All great. The only negative comment I have is there’s a business behind the development (either junk yard or dog day care), that had many dogs barking in the middle of the night. If you’re a lighter sleeper this may affect you.

If you are looking for security, this is the place! The building is locked and the door to the room is very secure. The area feels very safe. Access to onsite amenities is a bonus. Coffee room with free coffee drinks, pool, spa, and BBQs available for use. A self-service Pet Spa if your pet needs a bath! You also have access to the on-site gym. Short drive to many restaurants in Palo Alto, Atherton, and Redwood City. There is limited non-assigned parking on-site. However, we were always able to get a space. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi worked well.

This apartment was amazing. I had alittle trouble finding the apartment since the complex is HUGE and has multiple buildings. The kitchen had all the right pots and pans to cook dinner. The only thing is that they didn’t have any seasoning like pepper or salt. Luckily I brought my own so I can throw down in the kitchen! The best thing was the atmosphere and the connivence of everything. As a guest you have access to the pool, gym, and out door fire places. The other tenants were also very friendly. A lot of younger couples and small families that work near by. On a hot Saturday the pool is packed with families. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel without the “ secret resort fees and paid parking”. I highly recommend staying here if you just want a small get away or traveling for work.

Great place for long stay!

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again! The apartment was very clean and dog-friendly. Check-in was generally easy thanks to the detailed instrcutions host provided. Note that you need to download an app for check-in. We had conflicting access codes (in our app v email insturctions) and not all doors accepted the access code so we recommnded entering by the main entrance (by the leasing office). The only other issue was that the fire alarm does go off if you shower with the bathroom door open. To deal with this, we opened a window and turned on the AC. Other than these two things, the stay was great! Other Info: They have an iron buy no steamer. New shower curtain, limited shampoo/conditioner, and washer/dryer in unit. The building complex felt very safe and had a lot of young progessionals with dogs as tenants. The tenant upstairs was very active late at night on a few occassions but it was manageable. We'd be happy to return!

Very responsive, the place was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in super easy, when you enter the apartment, they have clear instructions for everything- theres a designated parking spot and a parking pass is provided. Everything was set up for the two of us~ Overall a very good experience- would love to check out their other listings!

Clean space, good community amenities (gym, pool, spa, play room, mail box, Amazon drop off), shuttle to and from Meta offices. Bedrooms could get some better shades for night time sleep (too bright). Neighboor on top is a bit noisy.. not host’s fault obviously.

Clean apartment. Was perfect for my work trip to the area.

Super convenient location for visiting a nearby HQ. The amenities are nice. Customer service is fairly responsive and helpful.

Great place place to stay

this is not the cheapest place in town, but it was worth every penny. plenty of parking even in the garage (secured) if you like too. they have a pet grooming station on site for you wash your pooch, an arcade to kick the kids off to for a distraction, beautiful pool. I was on the ground floor, with a great view of the pool. washer and dryer in unit. location is great if you go between the city, Fremont, and Palo alto area. the staff here are super nice they were the only ones so far on airbnb that have been so cooperative in working around an issue I had with booking for a long term. unit is great could not have been any more perfect. it even had everything needed (little dish soap bottle, vacuum, mop, dishes, blender, and much much more). be mindful tho if you have pets to make sure there is no pest traps within their reach. our pup found one but thankfully we caught her quickly. these are necessary so we don't blame anybody for this and in v their defense at least it was a metal one instead of the cheap plastic ones or things might have been worse. but this place is worth it. I would give it 10 stars if I could

Kara's place is another great find in the MPK area. I stay there when I go for work. It's convenient, and price is a way better value then a hotel. Definitely putting on my list for a future stay.
