Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

A spacious walk-in closet features multiple metal shelving units, providing ample storage. Wooden hangers are seen on a rod, and a bamboo drying rack is positioned below. The closet's design emphasizes organization and accessibility, promoting convenience for guests.

Modern In-law suite close to shopping, restaurants short walk to the beach. Local transportation and minutes to the Oakland Airport.. I live upstairs, I’m available via text. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make your stay exceptional. Because I occupy the top two floors of the house, it’s a possibility that you may hear “life” happening upstairs from the suite. No children just a big fluffy dog that behaves like a cat. It’s a fairly quiet house.
