Monthly Rentals in Ajuda, Lisboa

Lovely apartment set in a quiet location with easy access to Central Lisbon. You can either use Uber/Bolt or public transport options are also available, the train from Belém to Cais do Sodre is only an 8 minute journey and really reasonable price-wise. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as a couple of good supermarkets (Auchan and Lidl) which will have everything you need. The apartment is in a block of three properties, you may get the occasional noise from below but nothing that would spoil your stay and there's even a white noise box if you're a light sleeper. Everything is as listed, washing machine came in handy for us and there's all the utensils you need. WiFi works well too, would make an ideal working base if required I'd imagine. Francisco is very easy to get in contact with if you have any questions, but most things are covered within the house manual and the check in info. Would definitely recommend for a stay, enjoy!

The check-in is very easy, and house is exactly same as described with Jaccuzi. But we did not use it.😄 however, we did enjoy the small balcony from street side, we had coffee there with breeze, nice experience. The house is located in silent Belen area, not far away from the famous egg tart shop, and there’re many restaurants nearby, even two just downstairs. As described in other comments, there’s no shampoo and body wash gel in the bathroom, so we bought new one. Also, if possible, we hope the towel quality could be improved.

Duarte was an accommodating and responsive host! He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartment was adorable, and all of the amenities were great (laundry, coffee machine, etc.). Walkable to Belém which was so lovely! He also gave us directions to nearby restaurants, grocery store, and the local festival that was happening during our stay.

Pedro was an amazing host! Our bus got in after 1:00 and Pedro picked us up! The place is perfect and the location is great, walkable from restaurants and a grocery store. Highly recommend!
