Great stay at Francis' place! Very well located for discovering La Ciotat on foot while being in a quiet area. Very well-equipped and comfortable accommodation with a beautiful view from the balcony. Francis was very welcoming and friendly, with recommendations for visits and flexibility that I thank (we were caught in traffic to arrive…). I recommend it without hesitating!

The photos and descriptions of this apartment, while accurate, do not do it justice. The views of Marseille from every room are magnificent. We would have been happy merely staying inside looking out at the city and the sea. The apartment is very spacious, with all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect for us, located a short walk from the train station on one side, and the Vieux Port on the other. A large mall with two grocery stores and many other stores is right down below. Chantal was a gracious, kind, and responsive hostess, providing detailed instructions and guidance every step of the way. I had high expectations based on the descriptions and reviews, and it was even better than I hoped. We would definitely love to return!

1 very relaxing week at Domaine de la Vie Conte: nice pool and comfortable and air-conditioned accommodation (1 real plus in hot weather). Carefully decorated and free breakfast, much appreciated. Beautiful area and loved the Verdon Gorge. Its location is a good compromise to see the Verdon, the Luberon or the Aix /Marseille region.

The accommodation is very good, part of the house in a good area - near the sea and the beach, very close there is also a shop, restaurants, there is a promenade by the sea. Guests can use the heated (!) pool, which is particularly essential at the end of May, as the water was still in the sea. Guests have access to a jacuzzi for a relatively small fee - I recommend everyone warmly! The house has everything you need for longer living - dish machine, washing machine, laundry ironing board, laundry drying rack, iron etc. Detergents for both dishes and laundry have been left for other guests. There are all kinds of dishes, spices, oil and more! It is very nice that the locked area has the ability to park in front of the house itself - it's both convenient and safe. I can still commend the hostess who is very responsive - if you write her on the app on airbnb, then she is already giving you an answer in a few minutes! Thank you so much Sylvie, we really enjoyed living here!!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this place. Everything was as described, or even better. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the large property around the house, with a great pool. We were able to fully relax, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The calm and tranquility of the place made our stay even more enjoyable. Jean-Pierre was very welcoming, responsive and always available to answer our questions. Wonderful! We loved staying in the old home with so much charm! We had breakfast and enjoyed the recommendations we were given to explore the towns! It’s truly a beautiful town and such an experience!!

Julie was a wonderful host. Friendly and with lots of recommendations for attractions around Aix-en-Provence. The property is in a beautiful location on the edge of town. It is easy to walk to the centre (about 20 minutes) or take a bus that stops outside. A highlight for us was a visit to Chateau la Coste winery and sculpture park which is not to be missed if you have a car and half a day to explore.

Viviane was super nice and gave us a great welcome and local recommendations. We had nice communication even though our French is not the best. The location and the pool view are magical!! The accommodation was clean and fresh and it worked well with the shared bathroom with the other guests. We hope to be back some day!

Jean-Claude and his wife are the most welcoming and thoughtful hosts. The place was cozy with unique decorations and the most beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed our time here and felt like we were at home.
