Our One Bedroom Apartment at Unit 238 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, bicycle rentals, pool access and Hill Lake access! This unit has one bathroom in the main living space, two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space. We offer cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

Our shoreline is as nice as come on the lake- great swimming and gradual slope with no weeds or rocks of any kind. Great place for a winter get away! Snowmobile right from your front yard to miles of trails near by.

Year-round. Entire lakefront cabin on the north twin bay of Mille Lacs. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking. Hop on the Soo Line Trail for ATV fun. Hunt nearby. Lots of windows, free standing gas stove, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking, sleeps 11 people, includes 2 queen beds, 5 twin (2 are on a bunk), a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a single futon in the lower level. As of May 1, 2025 the dock is now in!

Huge Game Room! There is a new dock on a protected channel. There is a boat launch right across on the channel. Make Marina Cottage part of your Mille Lacs Adventure! This home is located on a channel and has a private dock to keep your boat away from large waves that can come up fast on this lake. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a game room across the street, Wifi, smart TVs, and a cute guest house.
