Bedroom with en suite ( double bed) leading to sun room with TV & fridge/ freezer Rail ( 5 min walk) & Bus ( 30 seconds walk) connections . Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our converted garage with everything in it you will need just to turn up with your clothes!! Only 6 minute walk to Birkdale village where there is lots of bars, restaurants and shops, or if you like commuting you can jump on the train to Southport which is only one stop away, Ainsdale and Formby if you want a lovely beach day or liverpool central is a 35 minute train ride. With lots of golf courses to choose from all within 5-20 minutes drive.

Here is your home from home airbnb with your own private entrance, fitted kitchen and lounge with Smart TV. With free WiFi and working desk should you wish to work! The airbnb sleeps 4 and has 2 ensuite bedrooms each with 42”Smart TVs and King size Hypnos beds. We live in the adjoining house separate from the airbnb and can be contacted by message should you require anything.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

We had the pleasure of staying at John and Dorothy’s wonderful home and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We were shown to a spacious and beautifully presented room with our own private bathroom, along with access to a comfortable and well-kept reception room. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—we had a fantastic night’s sleep. The following morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast featuring fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, accompanied by yogurt, a generous selection of granola and cereals, as well as toast and a variety of jams. It was a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. John was a friendly, attentive, and gracious host throughout. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you again for a lovely stay. Best wishes, Paula and Mark x

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which I really appreciated. The house is walking distance to both the beach and the train station which made our leaves really easy and its a beatiful place in the world! Would definitely stay again!
