The stay at the Hydrangea House was amazing. Not just the position of the house with view on the ocean was amazing but also the location on the island. The whole island was quickly reachable by car from here. Definitly would recommend.

Very good communication with the host. We had a great stay. Well-equipped kitchen. The problem can be the humidity that doesn't dry, but it's the charm of this place :). As well as the smell of moisture in the house. The garden provided us with fresh mint, parsley and limes:) Overall a very comfortable place and convenient location (to visit various attractions on the island) in a sleepy quiet town. You can walk to the beach.

We had a lovely stay in this vacation home, which offers a stunning view of the sea. The living room is spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bedroom is comfortable as well. However, the house does have a noticeable damp smell, which persisted despite the dehumidifier provided by the host. Aside from that, the location is fantastic! It’s within a half-hour drive of many beautiful spots and only about 20/25 minutes to Ponta Delgada. The neighborhood around the house is peaceful, offering a true sense of relaxation and a perfect vacation vibe.The host also provides great tips for good restaurants where you can eat.
