Beachfront vacation rentals in Agios Prokopios

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

The apartment was very beautiful and Maria was a very responsive host, messaging us as we arrived off the ferry to say we could check in early. The location is quiet and close to the beach yet only a short walk from the waterfront restaurants in town. Maria’s guide sent to us before our stay was useful with notes on the apartment and getting around. A fantastic stay, we would come back.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Beautiful villa — easily walkable to the beach and with excellent views of the sea and surrounding hills. Clean & functional. Maria at the Airbnb gives great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint, mon fils et mes parents. La villa est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les extérieurs avec ses 2 terrasses sont très beaux également et sans vis à vis. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci Stella pour cette belle expérience.

The villa was amazing with beautiful views and just a five-minute walk from the beach. Kiriaki was an outstanding host and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by recommending excellent local spots and restaurants around Naxos and even arranged a car rental to meet us at the airport upon arrival. We were also grateful for the flexibility of an early check-in. I highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone visiting Naxos!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this house! The pool was a highlight, perfect for a long day at the beach. The entire property was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even better. We also loved exploring the island—it was a dream! The beaches had crystal-clear water, and we enjoyed discovering the local food and culture, which made the experience even more special. The kitchen and the house were impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at hand, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay and a perfect base for island adventures!

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war stets alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert!

This stay was absolute heaven. Very rarely do you see beautiful photos and the reality matches the description. The room was even larger than what I had expected and all of the decor was adorable. The patio was one of my favorite features - my husband and I often got our freddo cappuccinos to go or bought a bottle of wine from the Capriccio restaurant (also owned by Loulianos’ wonderful family) and took it upstairs to enjoy the view. The room was incredibly clean and the features were great! There was a wet bar with a small fridge and sink that had all the amenities we would want. Little glasses, a bottle opener, cutlery, and even a welcome bottle of prosecco, water, and Coca Cola. Our check in process was also seamless. Loulianos ordered a car for us and they were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Our driver even took all our bags up to our room. The location though is the best part. We felt central to absolutely everything. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Eirini’s place was an absolute gem. We loved every minute of staying there. She is the sweetest person ever and my boys and us will miss her! Thanks again for having us!

This place was just as described, and easy to find. Great location! Everything was walkable especially the port, beach and great restaurants. I originally was only staying Naxos for 4 days but ended up extending my stay for another 3 days. I was so happy Mario’s place was available for the additional day! I fell so in love with Naxos! The airbnb is perfect for one person or a couple. As a solo female traveler I felt safe overall in Naxos, and equally safe in the airbnb/location. Mario was pleasant and provided excellent recommendations for a straight 7 min wake to the port (I island hopped from Naxos), restaurants, beaches, places to etc etc. There was no time that I was in the airbnb and wanted something and it was there, ready for use. In fact, there was so many things thoughtfully placed throughout the places that I didn’t even use (chocolate, wine, coffee, etc). Ill be back in Naxos and will be staying here. Anyone, I know coming to Naxos will too! Highly recommend!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Naxos – perfekt, um direkt in das charmante Inselleben einzutauchen. Das Highlight war definitiv die private Dachterrasse: jeden Abend konnten wir dort den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf das Meer und den Tempel des Apollo genießen – einfach magisch! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich. Despoina hat uns geholfen ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu buchen da unser Flug schon so früh ging.Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 😊

Het was een fantastisch verblijf! Het is een fijn appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is erg schoon en we hadden zelfs elke dag schoonmaakservice. Beide balkons hebben een fantastisch mooi uitzicht op zee. Het is echt een magische plek! Wanneer je de deur uitloopt sta je direct op het strand, waar veel leuke strandtentjes zijn. S avond kan je ook prachtig en lekker eten op het strand met de ondergaande zon. Zou het iedereen aanraden!

We had been planning a return trip to Naxos for some time, and with our teenage boys now fully grown, needed something a little different, and this residential home was perfect. The location is ideal, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars of Agios Prokopios, but stepped back so its calm and relaxed (not that Prokopios is anything but calm and relaxed anyway). The house is picturesque, with bougainvillea trailing over the balconies (one for each bedroom and two for the lounge) and simply fitted out. It's unpretentious and was perfect for our needs. The house doesn't have A/C, but we were there at the height of summer, and the fans were more than sufficient, the breeze very pleasant...and besides, you're in Greece, surely you're expecting it to be hot?! Communication was outstanding...any little issue or question that cropped up was resolved immediately. Our recommendations would be to head down to Plaka for the beach (easy bus journey if you don't have a car or bike).

Dimitrios nous a offert un service digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Serviettes changées tous les jours, ménage tous les jours approvisionnement eau, sucre, café et bouteille de vin en cadeau à l’arrivée. Vraiment exceptionnel….

Alexandros ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Strand, Supermarkt, Ausflugsboote, Busstation, alles ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gemütlich und geräumiger als wir es erwartet hatten. Das Thema Lautstärke wurde ja schon hinreichend diskutiert. Die Bar unter uns hatte nur noch zwei Nächte offen und mit Ohrstöpseln war es kein Problem für uns. Zu bedenken ist allerdings, daß es noch mehrere Locations in der Nachbarschaft gibt, in denen besonders samstags gerne mal eine Hochzeit bis tief in die Nacht gefeiert wird. Kurzum für sehr geräuschempfindliche ist diese Unterkunft nichts, allen anderen kann ich sie nur ans Herz legen.
