This villa is beautiful with an amazing pool and breathtaking views.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

I’ve stayed here before and always come back! The location is central, but when you close the balcony door, you can’t hear any noise from the main street. Dani welcomed us very warmly and is an amazing host.

Great stay for 5 nights with friends. We also had a 2 year old toddler with us, Stella provided a cot and baby chair which was greatly appreciated. Each room has air conditioning and a mosquito repellent plug is provided in each room which was great. The kitchen is well equipped. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The villa is absolutely beautiful! Perfectly designed and decorated for complete comfort, in an excellent location, stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. She has thought of every detail that makes it feel like a 5 star resort, with all the amenities, yet complete privacy. The village has a beautiful beach and great restaurants within walking distance. Centrally located on Crete for convenient day trips if you want to venture out. But the terrace and pool area make it so hard to leave! Would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to the most discerning traveler, and will return for another stay as soon as I can.

Close to the beach. Parking available. Apartment has everything you might need. Helpful host. Everything within walking distance, car is only needed for day trips. Nice toys for the kids. The only downside is that it is located next to a busy road with the necessary noise.

We booked at the last minute but were pleasantly surprised how the apartment was clean. All the furnishings were new and in order. It was really very premium and cozy especially the living room area. We just loved lounging at the leather arm chairs. Yota the host took care of our needs and helped us look for transport rent as it is really needed. Although not walkable to the beach, it is close to Agia Pelagia which is one of the best beaches in Crete. A definite place to recommend!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. Staying at Sunterra feels like being an honored guest at a Seaside Cretan Villa. My accommodation was lovely and private. Sofia left honey, treats and the best olive oil from her family estate. She checked on me often without being intrusive. I slept to the sounds of the Cretan Sea and the pool is world class. This is one of the best places to stay in the area. We stayed at Nikos place as a family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 children 5 and 6 year old). we had a amazing time and the pool and garden with sea views are just amazing. beach is also a 5 min walk from the property. nice supermarket within walking distance and the caffe 20m away serves amazing coffee. The beds were very comfortable which makes all the difference. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Incredible stay, stunning villa, lovely to walk into the little town, and a brand new restaurant opened called ‘Dusk’ a few minutes walk away which was 11/10. We adored the hot tub, luxury, all the little touches. Juicer for fresh orange juice and funky toaster. Thank you Crete is exquisite 💖💖💖

Antonis was incredibly nice, friendly and wanted you to have a lovely stay. The accommodation was very nice, modern and clean. We stayed at Casa Calma for a month and enjoyed every second. Panormos is a very nice and cozy village, everyone is friendly and there are many restaurants and shops. If you are going to Crete, we really recommend Casa Calma and Panormos!

We split our week away into 3 days in Rethymno and 4 days in Chania - All I will say is we wish we spent 4 days here, or longer! The apartment is simply gorgeous. We have never woken to such a beautiful view. Having left yesterday, we miss the view already. All of the staff at the adjoining hotel were so friendly, always happy to talk and give us recommendations for food and beaches. In fact they were the nicest hotel staff we’ve ever known! The pool was a huge bonus on the days we just wanted to relax, and although small, finding sunbeds was never a difficulty. We would come back again without hesitation and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family.

What a wonderful first holiday with our 14-month-old daughter! Our stay in the luxury villa really exceeded all our expectations – in reality it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Georgia, the host, was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Everything was arranged to the last detail: baby bed, buggy, dresser and even a car seat were already ready. When we indicated that the sockets were exactly at the eye level of our little ones, this feedback was surprisingly followed up the next day and the sockets were made childproof. Although there had been a big sandstorm just before our arrival, there was no sign of it. Everything was spotless and hygienic. Thanks to the great service, warm welcome and beautiful accommodation, we felt right at home. It was our first time in Crete, but certainly not the last – we highly recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the view of the sea. Everything you need is nearby and in a 30-minute walk along the sea you are in the old town of Rethymno. Special thanks to Pantelis, who took very friendly care of all our concern

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A beautiful terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with all the amenities you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with all the amenities you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our vacation well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and enough for lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big +: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches...) and her constant availability and speed to respond during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. Good starting point for traveling.

Great apartment with great views – just like the pictures! Great location and everything went smoothly, check-in was easy and the location was great. Only the shower was a bit tricky with the temperature setting, but that was really just a small detail and did not affect the overall very positive impression. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Dimitri's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and tastefully decorated, with high-quality furniture and nothing is really missing. The terrace has a unique beautiful view of the sea and we spent many beautiful hours there. Dimitris is super friendly, always available and with helpful tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. he helped us a lot. He also arranged the transfer from the airport for us and it worked out just fine. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the bus station is just across the street. We highly recommend the apartment, for us the most beautiful so far and we will be happy to think back to the time and come back soon.

*A fantastic stay with breathtaking sea views of Crete* My stay in an Airbnb in Crete was simply fantastic! The accommodation offered a spectacular sea view, which made every morning a special experience. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, which immediately ensured well-being. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner. At my request, the towels were promptly renewed, and when an unexpected sandstorm arose, he immediately took care of cleaning the accommodation. The location was ideal, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beaches were breathtaking, and I enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear water. The Go providers on site were extremely helpful and gave me valuable tips that enriched my stay. Communication was uncomplicated as they spoke fluent English. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation that I can recommend to anyone.
