Fresh cottage near town & beach with kitchen, bathroom and AC

Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
