Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

It is 100 m to a jetty where it is nice to swim and do other activities such as sup, fishing, crab fishing, etc. The house is spacious. It can offer on a basement where there is an activity room for children and adults, including trampoline, rings in the ceiling, balls, targets and treadmill. Great Apartment located in the middle of the city center, everything is close, short to restaurants, beaches, water park(Aquarama), pedestrian street, harbors, shops, parks and activities. In the building there is a shared gym, TV/game room and 3 roof terraces where 2 of the roof terraces overlook the whole of Kristiansand city and of course sea views, terraces are furniture. The cabin has large outdoor area and room for several cars. The cabin is richly equipped and makes it comfortable to stay both indoors and out. Possibilities for barbecue place and hammock in place. Guests must bring bed linen, towel and kitchen towel themselves. Guests will do laundry before departure.

The holiday house is located in idyllic Farsund, walking distance to bathhouses and cafes. Short distance to beaches and nature. Free parking in the street outside the house.
