Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aegean Sea

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

This is a great place in the centre of Thessaloniki. It’s located in a great street with loads of restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. The appartement was very clean, cool (airco was great for the hot days), had a very comfortable bed. It is a modern appartement and the balcony is a great plus. All communication was very good. Would recommend if you want a clean and comfy hotel-experience Airbnb in the centre.

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

A true hidden gem. Niki’s place felt more like home than my own home. It was cozy, had everything one might need, and the view of the acropolis was stunning.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

This apartment is perfect for a visit to Athens! The location is convenient to all important sites, restaurants, and shopping. It is in an up-to-date complex and Miltos keeps the apartment in impeccable shape. Having coffee every morning and looking up to see the Acropolis was breathtaking. Miltos is also a great host with recommendations on transportation, sites, restaurants and more. We could not have had a better experience for our first visit to Greece - and we hope to return to it soon!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

We were looking for a place in Babakale overlooking the sea. For us, having a sea view on the terrace of the house as far as the eye can see. And of course, the terrace, the courtyard on the lower floor, the spaciously positioned in the courtyard, the fact that it has 2 rooms and huge double beds in its rooms made us love the house a lot; think of it as a village house, but the texture is beautifully designed without spoiling. I can say that there is a washing machine dryer, kitchen supplies, everything is inside. I think the only thing to consider is the cats. It is not suitable for those who have allergies or do not like cats because if you fire them from the door, they enter through the chimney in the 😇 courtyard, on the terrace, everywhere and are very demanding. Of course, we didn't have any problems because we love cats. The house, on the other hand, made me happy and amazed me to the extent that I would like to come back and stay in Babakale. Ms. Neylan responded quickly every time we wanted to reach her and pleased us with her kindness. Thank you.

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Perfect place defines! I felt right at home. From bed linen to kitchen utensils, everything is designed for a real home. The owner is so kind that he bought a kitchen item to serve me. In addition, they helped me at times when I needed it. The view is like a Turkish TV series! Very clean house. Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.
