Vacation rentals with lake access in Aegean Sea

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We didn't have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Mr. Turgut and his mother were friendly... We had a really pleasant and comfortable experience during our stay at the house. The house was even more beautiful and spotless than the photos. All our needs were considered, everything was complete. The host was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. The only word was great. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for everything. Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We had a wonderful time at Mujgan’s place in Datca. The balcony overlooks the boardwalk and is a wonderful place to relax and people watch. It has a big table and comfortable chairs and we spent both mornings and evenings there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable with good linens. The kitchen had all you needed and more to cook a meal. Müjgan was a great hostess and responded quickly when we had a question. It’s a beautiful place and it even had its own little cat who visited us often on the balcony. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. You will be satisfied with the village of Barbaros, where you can have a peaceful environment and plenty of nature walks. Thank you again, see you again.

Şükrü’s place is very comfortable and has great views. Communication with Şükrü was great. Apartment was clean. Shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work but we let the caretaker know. I recommend this place as its close to shops, sea, marina, bars and restaurants.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a little old, but it was usable. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. Good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

We had a lovely time in this lovely apartment. It has a great veranda with spectacular views and it's within walking distances to nice beaches and 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Our hosts were super friendly and very helpful to ensure we had a nice stay.

We had a really lovely stay. Plenty of space, both for being social together and time for our teenagers to also have some privat time. So nice with the private area outside, with good furnitures to enjoy both the morning coffee and meals throughout the day:) We felt so welcome at this place. Thank you💗

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

Had a relaxing 9-day stay in Naxos. Stefanos and his father were helpful and communicative. The apartment was cozy yet spacious enough for 2 people and well-stocked with everything we needed. Location is 10 minutes from the main shops/restaurants, 10 minutes from the nearest beach, and 20 minutes from the port. Amazing deal!

Bonjour, We were delighted to stay in this home, the inside of the house is spotless and pleasant to live in with its 2 terraces. The interior is very clean, the sheets and towels are very clean also impeccable bedding. We were warm when we arrived despite the A/C, it's settled after a few hours once the A/C started and the owner had us deliver a brand new fan by a store. Very responsive owner and attentive to his hosts. Very well located location, access to beaches, just 10 minutes from downtown Kos , nearby the possibility of renting quad bikes or buggy and cars and even bikes and scooters. I would highly recommend

Tholo’s house is a slice of heaven, located in the best (for me at least) location of the island, with a wonderful view of the sea and splendid olive trees all around, not far away from the village but secluded and private, perfect for a romantic stay like ours. Everything in the house has a thoughtful touch, the furniture is refined, the kitchen is nice, the bathroom is a jewel and the terrace is unique. The hosts are well known and loved by everybody in the near village, they answer to each and every question and need you may have in real time and with a kindness hard to find these days. I strongly recommend this place to whomever wants to feel like home while visiting the island! This is a very special place, I hope we’ll be back soon! Forever in my heart ❤️

Pleasant home with a beautiful shaded terrace. We had a very functional barbecue that we used (excellent fishmonger at the entrance to the village) We had no neighbors during our stay (very quiet). We really enjoyed our stay and Porto Koufo. Fabienne and Christophe

I have made it my destination almost once a month and I am extremely pleased, I can go without hesitation every time as if I am in my own home and it is great to be able to use the facilities easily. It is absolutely wonderful to be in the heart of nature and in a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Esim's hospitality, the fact that the house is exactly the same as in the photos, and the clean environment are just a few of the best details.

You can book this place with your eyes closed! In addition to a detached cottage equipped with everything you need, surrounded by nature and at the same time close to the services of the village, here you will understand what it means to be welcomed. The host's family, with whom communication was excellent, lives next door and they are wonderful people. On the one hand, they respected my privacy, on the other hand, they pampered me and made me feel like family. The accommodation also has the advantage of being 20 to 40 minutes' drive from the sea and archaeological sites of interest. Personally, rather than Ephesus, which is very touristy and overpriced, I recommend a free visit to Claros, which can be easily reached by car in a quarter of an hour. Highly recommended!
