Arafat was very helpful and extremely prompt in his responses. He helped us settle in well and his place was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was walkable and close to my home and ticked all the boxes. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable studio near besant nagar. kudos to Arafat for being on top of everything.

We liked the hospitality of the host. The host was proactive to send his house directions before our travel and check-in into the property was smooth. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities available and exactly how it is communicated in the photos. We wanted few kitchen utensils and host was kind enough to provide us with them. All the rooms including the living room at ACs, this really helped in the scorching heat. The towels and necessary toiletries were provided. Apart from the amenities, we also liked the projector with Internet TV which stood out. Overall, we loved the place which felt like home and would highly recommend for the stay. We too would like to visit this place again. Thank you .

I would recommend her place to anyone. Lots of amenities very clean ambience. Very friendly Host who is ready to help any day anytime. House is very very well maintained. I would recommend this for anyone who are prefering nice quiet home, nice homely background.

We had a great stay at Gayathri‘s/Lakshmi’s place. She checked in with us daily, which was very thoughtful. We never met her, but the security guard Krishna was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean by Indian standards. Unfortunately, the towels were quite dirty with brown stains, so we didn’t use them. Our flight was late at night, and although check-out was at 11 AM, Gayathri/Lakshmi kindly allowed us to stay longer unless a new booking came in .. luckily, no one did. That was a big help. We’d definitely stay here again!
