Located near Anjeeveedu village 45 minutes from Kodaikanal town, this is a spacious 3 bedroom house with valley views. Please note the location marker on Airbnb is misleading, do not attempt to reach without inquiring with me. We are isolated when it comes to restaurants & alcohol shops, and the road leading to the property is not in good condition and needs to be taken carefully. However all models of cars/bikes can reach. Food is included.

A wonderful stay with a beautiful view from the balcony. You can witness spectacular sunrise 🌄 worth the stay. Andrew is very friendly and very quick to respond and helpful. You have few eatouts on the streets. You can go ahead with this Place if you want a peaceful stay and a best view point in Kodai!!! Parking is at your own risk. But they offer paid parking which is good. But they charge you rs. 500 per-day. If you cannot climb steps. I might be difficult as you have to climb 100 steps from the street. But, I felt ok and my parents was able to climb. So had a wonderful experience over-all!!!

The place is charming enough to not make you go anywhere else and just chill there. Away from the towns hustle and bustle it provides solace and calmness. Joseph, Jancy and Blessy are the sweetest caretakers.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

End of the road - New - private room

Beautiful location! Cut off from the hustle-bustle and the surprising Kodaikanal traffic! Our room was very thoughtfully put together. We spent most of our time in the tiny private balcony. Thanks to Avinash for giving us a call on a Byson sighting! Can say we honestly spend hours watching the big dude chomp away on plants and bushes haha The food that came at an additional cost as mentioned was brilliant! Limited options but soo good🤌🏼 Also has 2 dogs, and those cuties kept us company when we stepped out. We had a great time and would 11/10 recommend this stay if you are looking for an escape from the day to day rush.
