The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything was just right to be able to relax! This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We were completely please with our stay! The apartment is very neat and clean, with a spacious terrace – especially practical when traveling with a dog. The location is simply unbeatable: only a few steps to the beach with reserved loungers, and also small grocery stores, bakeries and the long shopping street are within 1-2 minutes. Another perk is the underground parking space. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

very good location, between the quay and beach, between cute colored houses. quickly walk d to the beach, 15 min walk along water to Chioggia. With 1.5 hour boat trip, a day in Venice ( you will be there from 10.30 to 17.00) long enough for us. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Top spot!

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!
