We only stayed for a single night as a layover for a connecting flight in Cochin. After having stayed for one night we realized we could have easily stayed for a week. The pictures make it justice but it is even more beautiful in reality. We felt very welcome immediately and got to meet the hosts as well as one of their children and a grandchild. They were so accommodating it almost felt like being part of family immediately. They were even up at 6AM to see us off for our flight. Jose also took us out on the river. To top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious and the pineapple they grow there was the best we’ve had.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

It’s was a wonderful stay@ Marmaram Heritage. I would highly recommend to experience this place to all fellow travelers. Unique property with very private atmosphere for family and friends trips. We enjoyed and looking forward to our next visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

Great house, got everything what you need. Super clean, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, washer, dryer, full equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, hot and cold water, refrigerator, safe, tv, high speed internet, bathtub, swimming pool, car parking and plenty of space to hang around. And the best thing is the host, Shino. He is always ready to help anytime. Actually I felt like I was staying at my brother's house. Very very nice people. Really enjoyed my one week stay. So happy to find such a nice place and nice people. Thank you Shino, thank you so much

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

Awesome property surrounded by greenery the pool is amazing . we can spend a whole day just there only.. worth the money and the hosts were very helpful.

The place is easy to locate and quick to check in. The view is amazing and exactly as described/ shown in the photos. The biggest plus point were caretaker. Very responsive, very helpful and always available. Whatever help you might need, they will do everything to fulfill it.

The host was very polite and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay without interruptions and felt it was well worth the price paid

Location accessibility is a concern. The property is very well maintained . Very asthetic interiors and beautiful garden. Also the view point located in property is amazing with tea plantation valley views. If only kitchen was also usable it would have been a cherry on top. Would definitely recommend 10/10 if you want a peaceful soothing stay near to nature.

It was a very comfortable stay. very cozy space. Loved the kitchen and drinking water availability with no tension! Host is great. surroundings are very beautiful. Overall it was 10 on 10.

This place is a beutiful ancestral home converted into homestay right in the middle of hilly farms away from city noises. To top that the place is clean,cozy and has a small car parking shade and if needed you can use kitchen. The entire homestay of 2 bedrooms is given to a single group so make sure you are 4 or more to enjoy it to fullest. There are no market nerby so make sure you have your necessity with you before check in . Subin is a very friendly guy and will help you with food orders and local sightseeing,safari bookings.If you are interested he will show around farm and variety of spices. Important point: home stay being in hills is bit tricky drive last 1.5km with steep ascent and descent. Please always take Subin's help to cover this distance. Make sure your car breaks and tyres are in good condition. If not request him for alternate parking in the village. Overall recommended homestay with great host.

A beautiful, spacious, contemporary, neat, and well-maintained property. Lots of well-lit rooms, and each one is well-equipped with large bed, clean sheets, A/C, wardrobes, adequate power outlets, and a bathroom. All the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay are provided in all the rooms. It felt like a home away from home. The host was also super gracious and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall a goodest experience

Ajesh sir is a wonderful host. Maps was giving the wrong directions to the Farm Stay (showing a short-cut route), we called Ajaesh sir, and he came to the place where we got stuck and guided us to the place. We booked two cottages, they were very well maintained, they are in the middle of the Plantation and the view is awesome. We spent more time taking Pictures. Ajesh Sir served us a delicious Kerala Appam breakfast. we definitely recommend this place. It's like living close to Nature, birds sound, cool breeze, waterfall sound.. a perfect place!

This Airbnb was exceptionally clean, with beautifully designed interiors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breathtaking mountain views and stunning waterfalls nearby added to the charm, creating a serene and picturesque retreat. The property also features a dedicated area to play shuttle badminton, adding to the fun and recreation. The cozy ambiance, along with entertainment options like Wi-Fi and streaming services, made for a relaxing stay. The host was very supportive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. A truly unforgettable experience—I would definitely return!

Mr Avinash was an excellent host.He was very responsive.We didn't find any difficulty in checking in.He and is wife came in person and ensured a hassle free check in and gave us a home tour.The house was very clean and well maintained. It was as described in the pictures.Bathrooms were clean and house had all amenities required for our stay .Such a beautiful well maintained beautiful house in a calm atmosphere. He also connected us with a nearby hotel so we could have our food delivered home.Even the check out was also easy. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who are coming to visit ilaveezhanpoonchira or muttom town.

You would never expect such a property in this location. The host, Surabhi, made us feel right at home, treating us like family. From check-in to check-out, she ensured that all our needs were met and kept us informed about what to expect. Our entire family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only downside was that we could only stay for one day. We will definitely consider coming back here.
