Vacation rentals with lake access in Ada Bojana Island

Das gebuchte Haus war nicht verfügbar, dafür haben wir ein anderes Haus in der Nähe vom Meer und von einem Supermarkt bekommen. Das Haus, die Lage war top! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Dritan war super! Er hatte super Empfehlungen für Beach Clubs, Restaurants, etc. Er kennt sich super aus vor Ort!

Great apartmentment, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake. lots of bars and restaurants near by, and only 10/15 mins away from the Shkoder city centre.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The host was welcoming and attentive. The property was immaculate and well-equipped, with a great location for easy access to local attractions. One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la cabane d’Andrea. Des équipements haut de gamme et des finitions rarement vues à Ada Bojana. L’emplacement est idéalement situé pour rejoindre les plages. La terrasse, bien que partagée avec l’autre partie de la maison, est très agréable et finalement très privatise. On se sent comme chez soi. Merci à Andrea pour sa réactivité et ses explications très claires. On reviendra sûrement logé ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Ada Bojana. On recommande cette cabane sans retenue.

after 5 nights exploring Albania by 4x4 and mainly camping, we were after a bit of luxury on our final night. I found Ronaldo's property and it looked lovely and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was simple and flexible, with really good communication from Lola. We were shown round the property and left to our night. We made use of one of the local restaurants and had the best night's sleep of the week. A really lovely end to a really great week in Albania and we all agreed we would stay here again.

У данного размещения по-нашему мнению есть ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими: во первых действительно большая веранда где есть и зона кабана, и барбекю, и столовая зона, и лаунж и даже джакузи, которое превратило наш отдых с мужем в романтическое путешествие. Веранда отлично подходит для больших компаний, кто любит проводить время на воздухе. Внутри достаточно скромно, но по делу: много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, wi-fi, телевизор. Второе преимущество- это конечно близость к пляжу Ада-Баяна (5 минут ходьбы), что очень удобно тому кто приезжает сюда именно для его посещения. В целом нам все понравилось и смело можно рекомендовать. Спасибо большое хозяину. Нам все понравилось.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

Fijne plek om Shkodër te verkennen. Het kasteel is vlakbij. Het centrum is ook beloopbaar. Het appartement is ruim en licht en is is een lift (9e verdieping). Alza is een fijne gastvrouw dus snel reageert.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

We really enjoyed our stay the apartment is beautiful, great views to the lake, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, huge tv in the living room and very comfortable. There is a Spar supermarket down stairs also cafes. The main old town centre is a 20 minute walk or an 8 minute drive. There is parking at the rear of the building. The apartment was a great base for or 5 night stay easy to get on to the bypass for sights outside town. We would recommend trying the restaurants across the river along the lake shore. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Kolorado and your mum and dad for the hospitality.

Sehr stilvolle Unterkunft, 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern, alles sauber. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zuhause. Der Gebäudekomplex ist noch nicht komplett ausgebaut, sodass man von Außen gar nicht denkt, was für eine Wohlfühloase sich hinter der verschlossenen Tür befindet. Das Geld ist es auf jeden Fall wert!😊👍🏽

This place is ideal for a family or couple of friends. It’s a nice space with plenty of room, great views, and really easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like not enough toilet paper or paper towels, but those are easily solvable first world problems. All said, I’d recommend this place, and I’d also come back.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

Die Unterkunft war zum Wohlfühlen: sehr geschmackvoll, stylisch, dezent eingerichtet. Warmes Licht. Ob drinnen oder draußen gemütlich. Kaltrinas Mutter vor Ort war eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelde ons gelijk thuis. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. comfortabele stoelen op het terras. Echter... onder het terras wordt een huis gebouwd en daar hebben we veel overlast van gehad. Dit ging de hele dag door. Heel jammer want het is een toplocatie!

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

Great stay! The accommodation is very nice, clean, and loyal to the pictures. Milan answered quickly to the messages for the check in and recommended us a great tour as well. The location is great and the whole place very clean!
