The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

In one of the most beautiful places in Europe stands our small new wooden house, on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The furnishings are of high quality, chosen with love, everything is as ecological as possible without plastic, the textiles made of cotton. Our soul place is for peace seekers, nature lovers, appreciators. The area is a "quiet zone," no parties or loud music are allowed!

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the house is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
