Detached holiday home by the water.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Relax and slow down in cottage No.3. The outdoors is centrally located. The backyard is located on the Krammerse swallows. Beautiful nature reserve in walking distance. Cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage features a double bed, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Under the canopy is to enjoy the views and the birds. There is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The fishing water and the boat ramp is 1km away. New in 2024, the porch can be closed off by a wall.

Relax and slow down in this peaceful, stylish space. Number 10 offers you all the comforts of your own home with its own south-facing garden. The house and its surroundings offer you every opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and the surrounding nature. The bedroom has two lovely box springs. It is an ideal base for cyclists, hikers, fishermen, bird watchers and other nature lovers. Ideally located near the Volkerak, the Haringvliet, Hollandsch Diep and the Grevelingen.

B without B, Midden in the fortified town of Tholen

"B without B" is in the center of the fortified town of Tholen. It has its front door. The owner lives above the apartment. The apartment is divided into a living space (with kitchen and sofa bed) and a bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to the garden. The garden is shared with the owner. There is parking at the market and in the forest street. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of one month.

During your stay, you have plenty of space to relax in our luxurious and spacious garden house, but also outside on the terrace. Nearby, you can use beautiful cycling routes. The beach is less than 15 minutes away. From our driveway, you can walk straight into the polder. You can park your car (and boat) at the garden house. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Finnish cottage is a copy of the main house. The fully glass door, equipped with triple glass, offers sweeping views of the polder. The practice greens of the small par-3 golf course are literally and figuratively in front of the door. In the early morning, there is a big chance that a hare, pheasant or partridge will come in front of it.
