The house is 2 km from the town center where all the essential services are available, 12 km away is the shopping center "Dos Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are only 20 km away. The place is suitable to host families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

Independent studio of a townhouse, with double sofa bed, 2 single beds and bathroom with bidet and shower. Please note, there is no kitchen. Shared terrace to the west. View and access to a well-shaded common garden to the east. Large rocking chair, hammocks and heated hot tub (€15/h) make your stay very pleasant and relaxing. Available for rent (€20/day) are 2 very efficient and fun pedal-assisted electric bikes.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
