Located on the main Ave in the Diamante area, 7 min from the Aero and 1.2 km from the beach. 2 bedrooms and a living room with mini-splits, 2 bathrooms, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, folding desk in the living room with views to the garden, fully furnished and equipped kitchen.

¡Reabrimos, te esperamos con mucho gusto! Disfruta nuestra alberca y acceso privado a la playa. ¡Perfecto para vacaciones o home office! Balcón con vista increíble a la bahía. WiFi en el departamento y zonas comunes. Pantalla Smart lista para Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Espacio de trabajo en la habitación para leer o trabajar con tu laptop/tablet. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones. Aunque el condominio está en remodelación por el huracán Otis, todo es funcional.

Lujoso, moderno y amplio departamento al pie del mar con vista espectacular de la bahía. El condominio tiene acceso directo a la playa, una zona de alberca con jardin, wifi gratuito en áreas comunes, sundeck y playa privada ! Ambiente relajado y familiar, seguridad las 24h y un personal muy amable y eficiente. Excelente ubicación, a un paso del club de golf, muchas opciones de restaurantes y supermercado cercanos. Apartamento de lujo de 1 habitación mas sofa cama.Capacidad para 2 a 5 personas, es importante colocar el número de personas ya que se envía un correo a recepción para el acceso, el condominio tiene todas las comodidades: aire acondicionado, y cocina equipada piscina, playa y terrazas.
