There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

Nestled in a small quiet town right on the banks of Taunton Bay, enjoy peaceful relaxing location and watch the tide roll in and out. Wake up to waterviews from your bed. You have the entire "Spot" to yourself and whatever wildlife happens to show up that day! *****If you plan to book over the 4th of July holiday, please be aware that we will be setting off fireworks on this night. Little Suite in the Woods

The house is located on the quiet side of the island, 1/2 mile off of Rt. 198. As you depart 198 a gravel road takes you through dense forest, leaving behind the street noise and summer rush. When you arrive you are surrounded by woods with not another house in sight. If you are looking to be in town, this is not it. We are within walking distance of everything.
