Here you wake up to birds chirping and the wind like wines in the cherry tree. The newly renovated cottage shares empty with the main building, but with its own entrance and part of the garden. A bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, as well as kitchen and bathroom. The cottage is located in the villa area of Jursla, 500m to child-friendly swimming area, forest and running tracks. Bus in 10min walking distance.

Private newly built house with separate entrance located in close proximity to our own home. The property is located in a quiet residential area with proximity to swimming and nature. Access to our pier about 100 metres from the property. (Note the jetty took a lot of ironing during the winter of 2023-2024) better to go to the beach.) Parking for 1 car in connection with the accommodation. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to Norrköping city centre. We prefer you to clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

Secluded location without visibility at the back of the plot of a large lush garden with its own raised part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small covered patio. The house is in an old villa area with a walkway to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to both Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Welcome to our cozy cottage located right by one of Kolmården's nice lakes. Here you can enjoy walks in the forest or take a swim in the lake, then end the evening in our wood-fired sauna. Right next to the cabin, there is a child-friendly swimming area . The cabin is located with proximity to nice bikes and hiking trails. Within walking distance is Oskarshälls cafe where you can enjoy a good coffee or a bite to eat. Looking forward to a day at Kolmården Zoo, you can get there by car in about 10 minutes.

Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.

Cozy accommodation at the top of the hill with nice views. I especially liked the room upstairs with high ceilings and nice views, adjacent to the patio with evening sun. The downstairs is a little more compact and a little low in the ceiling in the hall for those who are 190 cm but did not feel like a problem, very fresh and nice in the big picture. Nice, accommodating and good service from the host.

The apartment and the furniture is not new but there is a lot of space, it was super clean and scented, the towels were super soft, everything was working and we think the price-quality ratio is excellent!

We had a successful mini-vacation at this accommodation and we can highly recommend it to everyone! The scenery is great – the window opens to a magnificent view of the lake and the beautiful scenery, which created the perfect relaxation for us. The kitchen was well stocked. The air heat pump made sure that the interior remained comfortable throughout our stay. Communication with the host was smooth – we received all the necessary information quickly and kindly, which made the booking process and our visit smooth and effortless. All in all, this place was an excellent choice.

We were passing through from northern Sweden back to Germany and spent one night here. Tobias is a wonderful host and the guest house is small but nice. Clear recommendation for anyone visiting this beautiful area. We also recommend visiting Söderköping and the Göta Canal.
