Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Comfortable and furnished to feel good. Restaurants, cafes are right outside the house door, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible in about 15 minutes by train by train. Bikes can be stored in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house, in a quiet beautiful residential area with forest views, only 20 minutes from Heidelberg.! !! We have just moved into our house and are very excited to welcome you to our new home! The surroundings and the forest are just great - we are very excited ourselves:-) There are endless beautiful hiking trails here, and the view from up here is just amazing! In winter you can walk to the toboggan slope - just walk across the street;-) In the summer you enjoy the coolest place of the house - when it is hot outside it is pleasantly cool in the apartment.

The lonely hamlet can only be reached via forest trails. It is heated with our own wood (included in price) with a tile stove over 200 years old.
