We enjoyed our stay at Richard's apartment. The pictures and description were very accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed (including coffee and miscellaneous supplies). The bedrooms had large empty wardrobes with hangers for our use. The apartment is an easy walk to Sauchiehall street (although somewhat hilly) and to bus stops. Exceeded our expectations.

Great stay at a prime location in the heart of old town. We loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh.

Fantastic spot! Incredibly convenient location very close to the subway. It was really easy to navigate around the city. Comfortable beds. Great, clean bathrooms with a lovely rainfall shower. Big windows with lots of light. Could not recommend more highly!

it was right on the main drag, easy to find and close to lots to do. It was very secure in that you needed a code to enter the first door off the street and then a code to get into your apartment. The apartment was very nice and enjoyable. The view of the castle from our window was great! The host was very accessible. We would return! Thanks,

Martin is a wonderful host! So kind and knowledgeable. He provided so many great recommendations and took the time to explain how everything worked in the apartment. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. It had everything I needed to feel right at home including breakfast foods which was such a nice touch. And the shower is amazing, best I’ve had in an Airbnb. The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring both Old & New Town as well as close to public transportation. It was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place. It was very well equipped & lovely & clean. Chris responded well to our questions & gave us a some suggestions for dinner. We choose Joia which had great Italian 👌😋

We had the best stay here for my sister’s bridal do! The house was spotless and Mhairi was super responsive. Really wanted a relaxed, homely space with beautiful surroundings and this home was perfect. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends in the future.

What a wonderful weekend! The house was just lovely, ideal for us 2 families. we had a wedding nearby, the house had great space, lots of mirrors, hooks for clothes, storage was great and the kids loved their bunk beds! It was a short and sweet visit but really hope to come back, the house had everything we needed and more. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Beautiful location and property. Had every amenity that was needed. A blow dryer was included, which was nice that we did not have to travel with ours as the plugs are different from country to country. The yard was filled with plants and flowers and was extremely beautiful. Conveniently located to many popular attractions as well as Northern England. We would stay here again. The town of Killearn is so charming, and the shop owners are very nice and willing to help with anything that is needed.

Great value for money, home is well equipped with lots of different things to do and beautiful inside. Meg was very responsive and helpful throughout booking process and stay. Hot tub was a bonus!

Second time at Shiel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay once again. Beautiful setting and area, a short drive from neighboring towns if you need to buy supplies. The house has seen fantastic renovations since our last visit. The house is perfect for any large group that are looking for catch ups or family reunions. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Maida’s place. It is in a lovely location with nice walks and cycles from the door. There was a lovely big garden for our toddler to roam around in and there was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was everything you needed for a great stay.

Beautiful, spacious and pleasant apartment. Good bedding, very good bathrooms despite a little low lighting in the bathroom facing the entrance (it's just a detail). Very well-equipped, practical and complete kitchen. We just had a problem with the table that was broken but the owners were already aware and were waiting for the new one. The oven was dirty upon arrival. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Great. We're happy with it.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment, easy check in / check out and had everything we needed. Right next to Ibrox subway station which was really convenient. Two subway stops to Partick subway where there are supermarkets and train interchange. Highly recommend Kevin’s place.

We absolutely loved our two night stay here. The unit is so clean and well put together, the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in for our whole trip. Lovely touches with some supplies left for us and having the use of a washing machine was also another big tick. The location is amazing, right in the middle of it all, walking distance to everything. We wished that we could have stayed longer to take in all the sites properly. We hope to return one day.

We spent two nights at The Butler's Basement for my husband's birthday and it was an ideal base. We did have an issue getting in as the lockbox didn't work, but her son came down and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean and in a great area - some lovely bars and restaurants that we preferred to spend time in, more than the busier side of Edinburgh. Gemma was very responsive to my messages and we also had a bottle of fizz in the fridge as well as some short bread and chocolate. It might be an idea to put a small bottle of milk in the fridge, as we did have tea and coffee provided but didn't want to buy a whole pint of milk to make a couple of drinks. However it certainly wasn't an issue that would stop us staying again!

Excellent host! Selina's place was just as described. It was clean and cozy with a lovely view of the Botanical Garden. The location is very walkable and, despite the location to the street, it was pleasingly quiet. The shower was the perfect temperature and the rain head shower was delightful! I appreciated the multiple wall adapters as I had forgotten mine. I would highly recommend Selina's place to anyone visiting the West End of Glasgow.

Great host, great apartment and a great holiday! We really appreciated how thoughtful Vincent was - from leaving fresh milk and some Scottish biscuits for us, to making sure that the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Cove was also a wonderful surprise - what a beautiful place! We would highly recommend both Vincent's apartment and Cove to anyone.

Great place to stay for exploring the more rural parts of Scotland. Beautiful, unspoiled countryside. the rain we had just enhanced the beauty of the mountains and rivers. The flat had amazing views from the window. it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would certainly recommend it to friends.

A hidden gem! Fantastic apartment, within walking distance of the West End.
