This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. New cozy little apartment in the loft of a boat house. It is right on the water, sandy beach and a small marina. Gorgeous views of the ocean, the countryside, and the high mountains. Centrally located in the Faroe Islands, Hósvík is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relaxing in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs up in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

The home is best suited for two adults and two children. Kitchen-dining room has great views. Possibility to sit out on the balcony and enjoy lovely days and evenings. Guests can use spacious kitchen-living room, TV lounge, balcony from the living room with outdoor furniture and views of the sea and nature, a bathroom, a small toilet and laundry room with washer and dryer, bedroom for a couple and a children's room. The area is quiet and quiet. Close to supermarket. 15 min. drive to Torshavn via underwater tunnel.

A house on the edge of the cliff. Direct view form the living area of the famous statue "The Seal Woman" and the steepest mountains in the Faroe Island. On 1st floor there is kitchen and living room in one room. In the kitchen there are the normal facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. Outside the house there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. You need to take a ferry to get to the house.

My stay with Marjun was wonderful. She was very friendly and answered all questions I had about the area and things to do. The accommodations were very clean and well decorated. A couple of the highlights for me were the view of the lake outside the window and the water pressure in the shower. It felt great after a day of hiking!

We loved looking out over “our” fjord. It changed with the activity of the boats and birds, time of day and weather. We had never stayed in a loft Airbnb and really liked the homey feeling. Selma did many things to make us comfortable. We would stay there again.

The accommodation is very well located on the island. It is very well equipped for a family of 4. We had a great trip. The view is just amazing, we spent our free time watching the boats and the ocean! ⛴️ I would recommend this place! We really enjoyed our stay. The area is peaceful and there is a nice waterfall and stream nearby. Great view of the water from the apartment as well. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming. There was a minor occurrence, but they responded right away and handled it immediately. Óluva even baked us some delicious bread rolls! Located just several blocks from the grocery store. Would definitely recommend!

Loved my stay here! It was perfect for one traveler, central location walkable to everything and with a big free parking lot around the corner. The room and shared spaces were all really comfortable. Liv was very quick to respond as well. Definitely book here :)
