We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the kitchen well-equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with beautiful views, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

what a beautiful gem close to the lake and the woods. Easy parking in front of the door. Be careful with Google navigation. The road to the lake is a hiking trail and not a car area. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The wood was already ready and a bottle of wine too. That's relaxing right away.

We had an amazing stay at Kim and Philippe’s accommodation! It was so charming and homey, really making for a pleasant home base for us while in Maastricht. They were also such lovely, helpful and communicative hosts! The accommodation is in the perfect location- central but also on a quiet road! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The place has everything you could need during your stay. We would be delighted to stay here again someday. We cannot recommend this pick enough!

The place and the host were great! Especially for a holiday with a dog, this is a great place. We immediately felt at home and everything you needed was there - from bathroom to kitchen utensils Moralie always gave us immediate information on what to do, when and how. The environment is beautiful and very quiet. You have to know and plan this in advance, you would almost always have to drive to restaurants and shopping The reception is also very problematic - if you are not dependent on it, however, no problem and all the more beautiful if you do not have to/ want to pay attention to work and mobile phone. Really very nice accommodation - thank you Moralie. Glad to come back!

A perfect place for two and four-legged friends for a quiet break in the middle of the beautiful Eifel, near Rursee. Breathtaking views, small fenced garden, spacious, cozy space. Beautiful villa. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Rather than having a party we preferred to rent the villa with the children and grandchildren. It was a wonderful stay. Nothing is missing. Activity for all ages. A very nice place to spend a wonderful time with friends or family. Nothing is missing for all ages. We will go back. With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What stood out, after previous experiences, was that tableware and cutlery were very widely available and also the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing wrong. The amenities were as promised. Lovely free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the neighbors into account with the noise. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, there was a mechanic within an hour of reporting who quickly arranged it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Very friendly, informative and communicative owners, thanks Jenna and Alexandre. I spent a night in the apartments with my two daughters. We came for hiking nearby. Felt very comfortable inside and outside. Nice spacious area. Apartments equipped by all required, clean and cozy. I would recommend to add microwave oven, but not critical. Good internet wi-fi speed. I think a swimming pool and its description make slight confusion, as it's actually without heating, can barely be appropriate for swimming and keep 20-25 degree by itself if not hot days outside and apartments cost higher than comparable ones in the area - assume because of the pool, which wasn't a problem for us, but I would like to be honest here. We were in June, the temperature outside was 16-18 degree, water temperature around 15-17 degree. This won't prevent us to dive into it twice, but more as a 'Wim Hof' challange :) Thanks for a nice stay!

Nice communication and pleasant location with cozy views of the cows

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and great for dogs. However, I mention that the garden fence is good except for the bottom part that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

Always good to stay there, its our second time, this time in the house next door that we stayed last year's. The house's are very similar and great for larger groups. We had an issue with the hot water that was solved by Dominic, always very responsive when we need. Always a good choice.

Michaels unit is a very good base for short stays. It is very centrally located to the train station and city center with lots of very good food options. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and as such there is little noise isolation from people outside (there is a park directly outside of the apartment doors) and other things such as trash pickup. Given this was only meant as a place to rest in between countries, this was a non-issue for me. The apartment was very clean and offered good amenities.

Nice cosy apartment that was great for a one night stay. Does get hot in the summer but the terrace and quiet surrounding made up for that. Overall Laura is a really nice host.

We were looking for something for two nights at short notice, where we could also bring our two dogs. So we weren't looking directly for a place like this. Since we only stayed overnight, we cannot report much about the farm itself, its residents or other guests. The tiny house is very lovingly decorated, the bed very comfortable (my husband is very tall and this is often a problem in accommodations). Behind the house, donkeys have their accommodation and from the guest bathroom you can look through a window into the stable above the washbasin so ☺️ it may be that you have spectators when brushing your teeth... but very sweet 🥰 in the yard there are still a whole range of other animals (goats, geese and chickens). So if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, perhaps a little more in harmony with nature, this is certainly the right place.
