Smoking friendly vacation rentals in 4th arrondissement

J'ai passé quelques jours dans l'appartement de Yixin. C'est suffisant pour une personne, c'est dépouillé, fonctionnel et calme. Le logement était vraiment propre, c'est appréciable et la communication avec Yixin a été fluide et toujours agréable ! Merci et à bientôt !

We loved Gerald's apartment. Near the Republique (multi metro lines go through here) and not far from Canal St Martin (lovely area). Gerald was so very accomodating from waiting for us when we arrived later in the day, helping us with great places to eat, check in was a series of pictures to get us to the correct door and helping us get to the airport during a taxi strike. The apartment was immaculate, quiet and overall just perfect. I cant wait to go back and stay again. I wouldnt change a thing because everything was perfect. Thank you so much Gerald😊

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a great location, right by the best parts of Le Marais, an easy walk to two different Metro stations, good coffee shops, restaurants and an excellent flea market nearby, but the apartment is still peaceful and quiet at night. Inside, it is sunlight filled; clean and characterful (you are staying in the hosts' home, and it feels like that). Interesting books, records and art on the walls. Alexis and Laura are great at communicating and there to welcome you when you arrive. Would 100% stay here again.

We have stayed at Maxime's apartment two times now, and we cannot say enough good things about the space and Maxime. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of space to spread out and lounge, and the new kitchen appliances are a nice touch. Maxime has an extensive collection of books, movies, games and more. But, the weather was beautiful during our trip so we spent the majority of our time outside of the apartment. Maxime is very quick to respond, and the check-in process was easy to figure out. This is our favorite neighborhood in Paris, with lots of delicious bakeries, bars, and markets nearby. We hope to return a third time!

The apartment was wonderful with a very cute view on the pantheon. Super close by walk to Notre Dame. The area near to the Pantheon beautiful and not as busy as other areas. More than perfect for a couple on holidays in Paris!! I will for sure come back.

La casa è molto accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo dormito comodamente: due in camera da letto e due sul divano letto nel salotto. L'abitazione è facile da raggiungere, in una zona ben servita a tutte le ore. C'è da considerare che è al quarto piano e non ha l'ascensore quindi ci sono molte scale da fare: noi ci siamo organizzati per non uscire e rientrare troppe volte in un giorno. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa e se torneremo a Parigi sicuramente contatteremo Emilie.

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

The place was gorgeous. A dream apartment. The kitchen was perfect and there is a washing machine. The location is amazing, close to restaurants and most of all the Canal Saint Martin. Must be able to walk up 4 flights with your luggage but for us it was worth it. There is a bathtub in the bedroom but it’s cute. Overall obsessed with this place and we will be back!

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
