Pet-friendly vacation rentals in 4th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Alexandra and Loïc are friendly hosts who care about the hospitality and comfort of their guests. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, very well arranged with a neat decor. I would go back there without so much as a second thought and highly recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. We'll definitely be back next year hoping to have good weather Beautiful discovery of a peaceful corner in Île de France again thank you for everything, my sister was delighted and so were we 😊

Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

The houseboat is superb, the rooms are very comfortable. Perfect for a group of 10. Thank you for the welcome.

The place was very clean, well arranged and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed only one night, it was really perfect. And the jacuzzi is so relaxing, it's perfect for 2 people, with whirlpool games, light games it was really excellent thank you so much! The host is welcoming and ultra available with very quick answers (even if in itself no question was really necessary because everything is very well explained) Thank you very much!! Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

Jessica was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location was within a mile to everything to keep you busy for a week in Paris.

Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

Beautiful space, with extra high ceilings and a chic but easy-to-relax in space with massive windows overlooking a courtyard on both floors. Awesome neighborhood, with tons to do within walking distance but it’s a courtyard apt so absolutely zero street noise. Blackout shades in bedroom. Very organized and well thought out design scheme. Steep stairs to bottom floor but love that bedroom is nestled and private downstairs. Walk to everything in the Marais. Meer steps from Pompidou Center. Host lovely and responsive and easy going in best way allowing for slightly later check out. Hidden gem.

We absolutely LOVED staying at 21 Place Dauphine! The location near Notre Dame and right across the bridge from the 6th Arr. is absolutely perfect! There is a precious courtyard with a wine shop and little cafes and locals playing bocce that was a delight. Beds are comfortable (pillows were a little hard), and the a/c works great. The stairs up to the apartment are original and treacherous if you don't have great mobility - just be careful! Luckily, there was a small elevator to transport our bags up to the apartment and my older parents just used the elevator to go up and down. The kitchen has what you need for cocktails and snackies and, but don't plan to cook a meal there. Every morning we went to a boulangerie within walking distance & brought back pastries & had coffee in the apartment w/ the windows open & birds chirping and it was magical. One of our favorite restaurants within a 5-minute walk was Chez Fernand on rue Christine! (need rezzies, for sure)

We absolutely loved our stay at Awena’s! Perfect location, and pristine apartment!! We would stay here every time we visit Paris! Can’t beat the location and the space itself is chic and homey. 10/10!!

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

The location was good, and we had a comfortable stay. It was hard to climb the stairs, but it was nice to see the cute view from the window:)
