Loft vacation rentals in 4th arrondissement

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

great location, convenient place to stay (supermarket, great restaurant and bakery near by). We had good time staying at Angelique's place. You can even see Eiffel Tower from the near by junction.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

We had a lovely stay! The location is in the middle of the busy Bellevile. A very international part of Paris which makes for amazing places to eat. The place itself is clean and nice.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood right by the canal. We were received in a very friendly manner by Sylvain's neighbor. Sylvain was also very accommodating with the late check-out.

Perfect location, there’s tons of stuff around everywhere. Comfortably slept 4 of us.

We were there as a family with two little girls and it was absolutely great in the apartment. Many nice restaurants, bus and metro are easily accessible. Despite the active party scene, we had very pleasant and quiet nights in the courtyard. Anne was very helpful with parking tips and inquired after our arrival if everything worked out. Absolutely recommended

Fabulous apartment in a terrific neighborhood. Quiet. Spacious. Super quiet with no street noise as it essentially opens to a courtyard on both sides. High ceilings and great natural light. AC. Non-smoking which is a bonus in Paris. Super clean with brand new remodel and responsive host. I would not hesitate to share at here again. It was also nice that the toilet was separated from the bedroom vanity/bathtub and that was separated from the shower so with a family of 3 it didn’t feel at all like we were sharing a bathroom. If you close the doors and curtains to the bedroom it creates total privacy. Yes you will need to walk up two flights of stairs but it’s Paris so that’s to be expected. Squeaky clean. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at.

lovely place, cool with Spa and sauna

Our stay at Maria Giulia's was perfect! Located in the heart of the Marais with lots of transport close to the property, our trips could be done in the blink of an eye. The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. In addition, while we were in the heart of Paris and close to a church, calm reigned at night and it is a great advantage. I'll be back without a second thought!

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

Really enjoyed the apartment, it was comfortable, nicely decorated (sound system a real plus) with all you might need for a short stay on great location. easy check in and faultless communication from the host. Recommend!

We absolutely LOVED Vero’s place! Location was amazing; excellent restaurants, patisserie and little grocer very close as well as Metro stops. The apartment was very well done with efficient use of space and everything we needed and then some. My only regret was not trying more of Vero’s fabulous recommendations. We hope to return for another stay!

We enjoyed staying Sindel's lovely modern apartment, that has everything you need. The apartment is well stocked with helpful touches like very good quality toiletries. The Bastille farmers market on Sundays and Thursdays is just a short walk down the street. Not only was the apartment great, but communication with Sindel was an absolute pleasure. She is an amazing host and made us feel welcomed. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend,

Unbelievable loft in a vibrant and easily accessible location in Paris. Elody’s place was a tourist dream and especially liked the art decoration of the loft. All amenities you need. There is construction happening across the road but when windows are closed you can hardly hear them. Absolutely recommend.
