Vacation rentals with a fireplace in 4th arrondissement

Lovely place, great location. We had a brilliant time. Remember insect repellent as the mosquitoes were prevalent.

We had a lovely week's vacation in this large property, with a beautiful exterior and very well maintained by Franck. I confirm: no one opposite and a real swimming pool (not a paddling pool or a tiny pool!) just for you. You might even be lucky enough to spot some squirrels visiting. The house is very well-equipped: you will not lack anything. Nearby you will find all types of shops — small, medium and even very large areas, you will be spoiled for choice. Just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille, the region also offers many beaches and walks to discover. Muriel and Franck are discreet hosts, but at the same time very available, caring and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little corner of pine forest in the heart of Provence with us!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is contemporary and very clean. The house is very secure and good for families. The bonus was the guest house which would be great if travelling with parents or someone who wanted some quiet apart from a larger group. Pool was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Cédric's. Everything was really perfect, the house tastefully decorated, the terrace fully equipped, the garden and especially the pool with breathtaking views. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, you've come to the right place.

Very nice accommodation, clean and as described, comfortable. A nice setting, quiet and pleasant, we loved the balcony on one side and the terrace on the other. Close to a supermarket and a metro shuttle parking to get around easily. Responsive and welcoming host. A great stay!

Unforgettable waterfront escape on the French riviera! We had the most incredible stay at this waterfront house! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is both scenic and wonderfully peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hostess was extraordinarily kind and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was spotless—truly the cleanest and best organized accommodation we’ve ever seen! Every amenity we could possibly need was available, and the garden and pool were simply fantastic and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This apartment worked out perfectly for our stay in Marseille! We were located right next to the lively Cours Julien, which gave us so many shops and restaurants to explore. And having metro access made exploring Marseille so easy. There was ample space for three guests, and the living room and bedrooms were perfect for relaxing in after a day of adventure.

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well organized. The large bathroom and very large terrace are very appreciable. Street parking is very easy. And about a 20-minute walk to the old port. Additionally, the host is super nice. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment.

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

Guys apartment was perfect for our stay. Unbeatable location and a good size. Parking was very convenient but there is a very tight corner in the driveway is even for a small car, otherwise it is very close to the apartment and secure. Guy was responsive and flexible with check in and check out which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Cassis.

We have perhaps 15 years of experience staying in Air BnB apartments and we can say without question that Salama is the very best host we've encountered. She took great care in designing and furnishing the apartment. It is lovely and comfortable , new and sparkling. The apartment was stocked with literally everthing we needed. Salama anticipated anything a guest might wish for and made sure to have it there. She met us when we arrived and took a good amount of time to orient us not only to the ins and outs of the apartment, but also to Aix and the surrounding area. She stocked the apartment with many helpful books and materials about the area, and made sure to mention a number of excellent restaurants in town. The apartment is in an excellent location in the center city, on a quiet street, an easy walk to everthing. It's a block and half from an inexpensive city parking garage which makes retaining a rental car trouble free. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We spent 3 days in Marseille with 3 in Samuel's apartment. Very nice functional apartment, everything is there. The location is great, close to Place Castellane where you can find the 2 metro lines. 15 min from the old port on foot, a market every morning next door. A bakery and a small supermarket 3 min walk. We also went there for the velodrome 3 metro stops away. In short, thank you Samuel for this stay!

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, pool and all the little corners made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric was a very attentive host. The day of our arrival he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

Stunning views from this villa, a very relaxing and comfortable place to spend a few days.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location allowed us to checkout of our busy lives and enjoy a peaceful place. The views were amazing and truly beautiful. I would come back and stay again. The hosts were also very responsive and had helpful recommendations for the surrounding areas. 10/10!!
