Vacation rentals with a fireplace in 4th arrondissement

Lovely place, great location. We had a brilliant time. Remember insect repellent as the mosquitoes were prevalent.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is contemporary and very clean. The house is very secure and good for families. The bonus was the guest house which would be great if travelling with parents or someone who wanted some quiet apart from a larger group. Pool was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Cédric. Tout était vraiment parfait, la maison décorée avec du goût, la terrasse toute équipée, le jardin et surtout la piscine avec une vue à couper le souffle. Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible où vous ressourcer vous êtes au bon endroit.

Logement très sympa, propre et conforme à la description, confortable. Un chouette cadre, calme et agréable, on a adoré le balcon d'un côté et la terrasse de l'autre. Proche d'un supermarché et d'un parking relais métro pour se déplacer facilement. Hôte réactif et accueillant. Un super séjour !

This apartment worked out perfectly for our stay in Marseille! We were located right next to the lively Cours Julien, which gave us so many shops and restaurants to explore. And having metro access made exploring Marseille so easy. There was ample space for three guests, and the living room and bedrooms were perfect for relaxing in after a day of adventure.

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

L'appartement de Stéphanie est super agréable avec la terrasse dont on peut profiter quand il fait soleil et la décoration est aussi très agréable à découvrir au fil des jours. Il est situé dans un quartier très animé, assez jeune et populaire donc avec des cafés, restaurants, marchés à qq mns de marche. Les alentours sont très graphités, cela peut surprendre en arrivant quand on ne connait pas le cours Julien et ses environs mais cela fait aussi la spécificité du quartier. Les petites boutiques de créateurs aux alentours sont sympas pour flâner aussi. Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Marseille qui est une ville cosmopolite et cela nous a bien changé les idées!

Guys apartment was perfect for our stay. Unbeatable location and a good size. Parking was very convenient but there is a very tight corner in the driveway is even for a small car, otherwise it is very close to the apartment and secure. Guy was responsive and flexible with check in and check out which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Cassis.

We have perhaps 15 years of experience staying in Air BnB apartments and we can say without question that Salama is the very best host we've encountered. She took great care in designing and furnishing the apartment. It is lovely and comfortable , new and sparkling. The apartment was stocked with literally everthing we needed. Salama anticipated anything a guest might wish for and made sure to have it there. She met us when we arrived and took a good amount of time to orient us not only to the ins and outs of the apartment, but also to Aix and the surrounding area. She stocked the apartment with many helpful books and materials about the area, and made sure to mention a number of excellent restaurants in town. The apartment is in an excellent location in the center city, on a quiet street, an easy walk to everthing. It's a block and half from an inexpensive city parking garage which makes retaining a rental car trouble free. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Marseille à 3 dans l'appartement de Samuel. Très bel appartement fonctionnel, tout y est. L'emplacement est top, à proximité de la place Castellane où vous trouvez les 2 lignes de métro. 15min du vieux port à pied, un marché tous les matins à côté. Une boulangerie et un petit super U à 3 min à pied. Nous y allions aussi pour le vélodrome à 3 stations de métro. Bref, merci Samuel pour ce séjour!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Fuimos dos familias y la casa y su distribución eran perfectas. El jardín, la piscina y todos los pequeños rincones hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable. Jean Eric ha sido un anfitrión muy atento. El día de nuestra llegada nos esperó despierto hasta la madrugada (nuestro vuelo se retrasó). Sus recomendaciones han sido muy acertadas y respondía inmediatamente.

Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour cette magnifique Villa, la vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est grandiose. Pour nous, l'endroit était encore plus formidable que sur le descriptif, le confort, le décor, tout était parfait. Pour agrémenter le tout, les hôtes sont attentionnés et très conviviaux. Merci à Dorine de l'accueil et du suivi durant notre séjour.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.
