Hi, the place is perfect. It is large and well divided, clean and well decorated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but a few blocks' walk from the peninsula and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Parking easily available on the surrounding streets. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. If I go back to Lyon, I would stay at Guillaume's! Host is easy to reach and helpful. Thank you! Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden out of sight. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The visit to the 8th arrondissement is also worth it with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse 10 min walk with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Musée des Frères Lumières will also be a trip with breathtaking architecture. No car needed to do everything from this place. Otherwise, parking is easy and free. Well located apartment in Lyon. Good communication with Axel. I regret the lack of air conditioning. Quiet although very close to the train station. I would have preferred the beds to be made. The top sheets were folded. Thank you for hosting us.

Great stay at Carole's as described and very convenient with all the essentials available. Carole is a caring and responsive host. Bath towels are provided, which is not the case in all listings and a real plus. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Spacious apartment as shown in the photos. When I arrived I did not find the keys in the secure box. The host was very responsive and sent someone on site with duplicates. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it without so much as a second thought. The little extra is the secure private parking space. i would definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated and well equipped apartment. Very quick and easy communication from the host and an easy and smooth check in. The apartment was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! I highly recommend this place and I will return if I’m ever back in Lyon.

Small but very well organised & equipped attic apartment I did have to watch my head on the low beams near the windows but otherwise a charming & very quiet place to stay Loved walking everywhere but also easy access to public transport Excellent communication with host Highly recommend for a solo traveller

Great stay for a few nights. The apartment is very pleasant and welcoming. The decoration is very nice too. It was just missing a few kitchen utensils but otherwise no complaints. Recommended.

We have traveled all over the world & stayed in many AIRBNB’s . This one is rhetorical best ever . Large beautifully decorated & designed . Fantastic amenities great neighborhood to all local destinations and sites ! The hosts had a book explaining where things were and how to go ! Perfect , Perfect . Don’t miss on the best of the best . We had a pleasant and great stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, lots of things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation… you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But other than that, it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A bakery 5 steps away, a small supermarket and a lovely little restaurant 10 steps away. Away from the crowds, still close to everything and with good connections. In Lyon, we loved most the Lumière brothers Film museum and museums telling about the silk industry.

Cozy and very clean accommodation. The spa bath is a big plus! Comfortable bedding and close to amenities.

Spacious studio ideal for a weekend for couples, the SPA is very nice, there is mobile air conditioning. The plus: private parking space. There are lots of things to do on foot, the tram is not far, good bakeries and an excellent pastry shop. Recommended!
