One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

The accommodation was perfect for what we were looking for, small clean and pleasant cottage for a short stay. I would 100% recommend it, there is also innovation, good value for money. I will come back without hesitation.

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very nice and clean, and we had everything we needed for our extended family of ten. It was the perfect location to explore Paris - just a short walk from Gare du Nord and the Metro. Communication from the host was always prompt and friendly. We would stay here again!

Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the metro, a beautiful park, shops, cafes, restaurants, organic grocer, supermarket, delicious bakery and a pharmacy. The apartment was very secure and had a lift. Once you are inside you are in a beautiful sunlit French apartment. Open the French doors onto a gorgeous balcony with beautiful big trees for privacy. Emma has an amazing sense of style and colour with her decor that made it everything a an apartment in Paris should be. The beds were comfy, the shower was great. We loved staying in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

We loved our stay at Philippe's place. The apartment is conveniently located near Parc des Buttes Chaumont, which was great for walking our dog in the morning. The metro is a 2-minute walk, allowing us to reach the center of Paris in 20-30 minutes depending on the area. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we really enjoyed the sunny terrace, especially in the evening after a day of exploring Paris. Philippe is an excellent host, always available by message and very flexible for check-out. We appreciated the small touches such as chocolate on arrival as well as a fridge we could help ourselves to. Absolutely recommended!

This is a charming and comfortable apartment, near the metro and a number of good shops on rue Hoche—French produce, wine and other groceries, plus a great bakery and coffee shop. Access to any part of Paris is easy via the metro, and the area itself is worth exploring as the apartment is close to the canal and park, with its various attractions. Staying here made our trip even more enjoyable since we got much more of a taste of what living in the area would be like.

Loved staying at Peter's place, as we felt like insider Parisians. Great location near Metro, with plenty of good eating establishments and shops nearby. Peter's place made us truly feel like we had a local home and neighborhood, with even the local coffee shop (Mardi) recognizing us and treating us special. Highly recommend!
