Great apartment with many restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Ines is a very responsive, helpful and kind host. She helped us with some small emergency even though it was not related to the apartment. Wonderful place and great host!

This is the most beautiful place we ever stayed in in Paris. It was large which is rare here, well connected, well equipped and perfectly decorated. Every item in the apartment had a personal flare because this is the Victor's own space. He was very kind and helpful to us and we felt very safe. A must stay when in Paris. Thank you Victor!

Wir haben uns sofort in die Wohnung verliebt! Genau wie beschrieben - tolle Lage, Umgebung super zu Fuß zu erkunden, Metro- und Busstation quasi direkt vor der Tür. Axel ist ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar ist und uns viele Informationen zur Umgebung, Cafés und Restaurants gegeben hat. Wir werden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. MERCI!

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The apartment was lovely. Well presented, clean and had everything that you need to be a little self sufficient if needed. It was perfect for us with our 2 young boys. Close to parks and other activities for them. Close to the metro which made for easy transport to all Paris attractions. All in all it made our stay in Paris easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for singles, couples and families with small/young kids.

Great location within the city and the metro is nearby. The Montmartre neighborhood is also really beautiful. Clémence was very responsive and helped us with any requests we had during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this location when visiting Paris. The amenities are exactly as described, the WiFi was very fast, and the shower was great. The apartment itself is extremely beautiful and feels very Parisian. I highly recommend staying at this location!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Montmartre! Great location and the place itself was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the classic vinyl selection too, made our stay very special. Communication was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d happily stay here again!

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

We had a great stay at Siam’s place! The apartment is conveniently located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est, which made it easy to get to after traveling into the city center from CDG. Siam and Morgane were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while we went and explored in the city. The apartment itself was plenty of space for the three of us.
