Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

My place is on the 4th floor of a typical XIX's parisian building designed by Haussmann, located in the middle of the "bobo" and fancy 9th arrondissement. The clear view and the balcony are really pleasant. You will find a refined and chic vintage furniture that give a comfort and exquisite ambience with good vibes. Perfect for a couple, the flat is 60sq meters. It contains : 1 large sunny living room, 1 bedroom, 1 nice kitchen, 1 bathroom w a "douche à l'italienne", 1 toilet, 1 balcony.

A 5 min à pied du Sacré-Cœur, notre appartement est situé dans une rue commerçante, au 7ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble ancien avec ASCENSEUR. La pièce principale se compose d’une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon. Celui-ci, d’une hauteur sous plafond de 3,50 m, orné de poutres apparentes, offre une magnifique vue sur le Sacré-Cœur et les toits parisiens. Au nord et au calme, la chambre dispose d'une salle de bain attenante et de toilettes, avec une vue dégagée sur Paris.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris! Enjoy a typical Parisian home, well-equipped, bright and very comfortable. Very quiet accommodation on a courtyard, on a peaceful street, in the heart of the Parisian ecosystem: a short walk to Rue de Trévise. Less than a 20-minute walk: the Louvre, the Tuileries, the Seine, the Opéra Garnier, department stores... Within a 5-minute walk: metro lines 7, 8 and 9. Charmant studio Montmartre

Studio parisien lumineux, confortable, 4ème avec ascenseur et dans une rue tranquille...il a tout pour plaire (dont une jolie vue du balcon sur le Sacré Coeur)! A 1 mn à pied du métro Porte de St-Ouen et à 2 mn du tramway T3b, il est très bien connecté pour aller partout dans Paris. Clarisse’s apartment was like something you only dream of. It was way bigger than we expected, and as she is an architect we loved the little details of the monstera in the bathroom, the handmade brick on the walls made of what looked like scraps of fabric, the comfortable beautiful couch, The balcony doors & view of montmartre. The way everything was intentionally designed in the kitchen, and the comfortable bed. This space was well designed and taken care of. A great mix of modern with charm which can be a rarity. The location was perfect with amazing close by restaurants, and shops. We would love to stay here every single time we come back to paris. We thank you immensely for letting us into your home for this special mother & daughter trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Francois and Martine’s apartment. They were excellent communicators and very helpful when our arrival was delayed. The apartment is very well provisioned and in a fantastic location. Restaurants, cafes, great shops all around. There is a bus stop right outside and a Metro stop nearby. A large supermarket is only 100 metres away. We would definitely stay in their apartment in the future.

We had an amazing time staying at Sarra’s place. It was a beautiful apartment in a really authentic neighbourhood. It was a peaceful oasis in a busy city. Sarra was proactive with anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. The apartment had all amenities.

Loved this little gem of a place on my latest adventure to Paris. Great if you are traveling solo like myself — safe, peaceful and yet you can hear the city full of life just outside your window. Magical to see the Eiffel Tower light up as my last moments awake each evening. Highly recommend!

Really nice flat - host let us leave bags early which was really helpful. Perfect location which felt relaxed in the town and bars. The flat is lovely with a nice balcony which looks out onto sacre coeur. Only downside was it is very hot in the bedroom - the host gave us a fan which helped but in 30C temperatures we struggled. Would definitely recommend for people taking a weekend trip!

Aurelie’s apartment was cozy and carefully designed and equipped. We particularly appreciated the little things left for us like a small bottle of wine and crackers, lots of glass bottles full of cold water, eggs, etc. We loved the beautiful library of design and art books. It was in a residential neighborhood in a non-touristy part of Monmartre, lively with many shops, bakeries, patisseries, bistros, some great restaurants and a very close Metro stop. But the apartment was quiet and very bright and sunny. We would be happy to stay there again.
