Vacation rentals with a patio in 18th arrondissement

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L’appartement est magnifique et très spacieux. La terrasse dehors est vraiment un plus pour profiter du beau temps. Camille a été très réactive et accueillante. Super séjour passé entre amis.

我觉得这个房间整体来说非常好。从这里步行到C线火车站大概15分钟，居住环境周围很安静。房间内设备设施应有尽有，入住和退房也十分简单方便。总体而言，这是个性价比很高的地方，非常推荐。

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Verschiedene Metro- und Busstationen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Simo ist ein toller zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns mit ganz vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt hat. Hat alles super easy geklappt. Tolle Kommunikation! Es handelt sich um ein großes modernes Wohnviertel mit einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt in der direkten Umgebung. Empfehlen können wir „Communale Saint-Ouen“ - eine Art Kulturzentrum mit Food Court in einer Halle mit vielen Ständen verschiedener Länder. Sehr lecker! Tolle Atmosphäre, auch super mit Kindern geeignet. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung!

We spent a couple of nights in Gwendel's place at the end of an extended holiday in France, and found it beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring. The layout of the space is so thoughtful and unique, the decor is beautiful, and it was a delightful, quiet respite from the busyness of much of the rest of Paris. It's close to several different metro lines, Parc des Buttes, and good food and drink. We would stay here again!

Het appartement is in een prachtig gerenoveerd pand. Het interieur is splinternieuw en brandschoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder snel internet. Een minuut of zes bij de metro vandaan, waardoor reizen naar Parijs zeer eenvoudig is. De buurt wordt gerenoveerd, waardoor navigeren niet eenvoudig is. Echter, Hélène zorgt voor uitstekende uitleg, in combinatie met een plattegrond, waardoor de woning eenvoudig te vinden is. Soms is het gehorig, en krijg je rumoer mee uit de buurt en ook van andere bewoners in het gebouw. Hélène communiceert erg prettig en reageert binnen een paar minuten. Ze heeft een map in het appartement met allerlei handige informatie over winkels, restaurants, toeristische tips voor je bezoek aan Parijs en Romainville, etc. De woning en de verhuurster zijn top! Een fijne plek om te overnachten, een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Parijs, waarbij Hélène goed bereikbaar is en altijd open staat voor vragen en informatie.

Amelie is a gracious, responsive , and welcoming host. The apartment, located very close to a train station and metro, had an air of calm inside and was a refuge from the bustle of the inner city. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and her tea selection is fantastic. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and we slept very well. Having a terrace that was nicely planted and attractive is a nice plus too. The internet worked without any problems. There is no view per se but there is plenty of light coming in through the 2 large terrace/living room doors. The only negatives I can point out are : the kitchen lights could be a little brighter ( for my tastes) and the toilet room is quite tight if you have a larger frame, but, I would come back to Amelie’s apartment if the opportunity were to arise.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Very nice place and fantastic location. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend!!

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at the villa Elizabeth. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are independent, giving everyone their privacy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a temperature controllable water kettle which we loved. The bathrooms were spotless, the towels were soft and there were nice soaps in the shower. The electric towel heaters were a nice luxury too. Since the weather was beautiful we also very much enjoyed the private outside terrace. The Versailles palace is only 5 minutes away by car and parking at the palace was easy. Having a grocery store in the street just a few minutes walk away is a nice convenience too. There is no parking on the property itself but it was usually not an issue to find free street parking. Noėmi was super responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Villa Elizabeth for anyone visiting Versailles who wants to stay in a nice, comfortable home.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
