Monthly Rentals in 16th arrondissement

I'm coming back to Paris next year and I will definitely rent this unit if it's available. The location is great 4 minutes from the Metro Trocadero. There is a supermarket 4 minutes away. The apartment faces a courtyard, so it is very quiet. The neighbourhood has many restaurants and is very walkable. The unit itself has high ceilings and the bedroom and livingroom are large. The shower is fantastic, and the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans and cutlery for cooking. I think for a unit in Paris, this unit is very good value. I will be staying there again.

It was really lovely to have a place to stay in the city for 1.5 months. The check-in instructions were great & the studio was exactly what I needed. I wasn’t worried about the 120-steps up to the 7th floor. I actually looked forward to it…it’s better than doing squats at the gym! There are several restaurants nearby, from traditional French bistro style to fusion Chinese, from Thai to kebab. And there are a couple super tasty boulangeries nearby that have excellent and cheap lunch & dinner menus (delicious, filling artisan sandwich plus pastry plus drink for around 8 euros). And a carrrefour express market. You won’t go hungry in this neighborhood, even if it isn’t jam-packed with restaurants like Le Marais. It takes 13 € & about an hour to get there from either airport by metro (line 14 > 9 for Orly or RER B > multiple options for CDG). If you stay here, you’ll want to use the metro a lot to get to the center city. There’s also scenic bus 72 along the river. You should stay here!

Vanessa is very helpful and responsible. I really recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris. Apartment - The Eiffel Tower view from the balcony - Landry washer and dryer - Enough storage space - Clean shower room and kitchen - Toilet is not in the room (but the toilet is clean and not seems like many people shafting) - 6th floor toilet without lift is ok for daily bases but when I check-in/out with big luggages was quite difficult to bring up/down. You might need to someone’s help. Location - Near to the station - Many shops - Safe area

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, comfortable studio. It suited us perfectly. We loved the airy feel due to the large windows and balcony. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo to catch up on a few items of washing. The kitchen allowed us to prepare our picnic lunches before we headed out into the city for our sight seeing. We thoroughly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to experience an authentic Paris city stay.
