Vacation rentals with breakfast in 16th arrondissement

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

Nothing to complain about

Wow! If you stay anywhere in Paris, this is the spot. We absolutely loved Franck’s apartment in Paris. It really does have the most wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower, they are breathtaking as you walk in. The apartment is small (best for 2 but can fit family of 4), but everything was thought of. Really thoughtfully considered. We think the only thing Franck overlooks is Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Perfection in Paris.

Clement and Rebecca’s flat was perfect for our stay in Paris! A beautiful space, in a great location, tastefully decorated, and stocked with essentials. We were in Paris for a heat spike and the apartment stayed cool and there was a fan in the bedroom which was very helpful to have at night. Clement was quick to respond with helpful answers and check in/out is very easy. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Clement and Rebecca for having us in your wonderful home!

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

Great apartement - lots of design furniture, great analogue music installation & great view from the balcony. Exciting during the day, quiet at night. Jean is a great host.

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

Functional and clean.

Vincent's place is in a great location, close to metro stops, great cafes, a bakery, and markets. His place is very homey, feels like stepping back in time, living the Parisian life. Vincent was available for any questions and shared tons of local info. There are several Metro stations nearby and you can walk to many attractions. We would highly recommend staying here! Note the apartment is a third-floor walk-up without an elevator. the flat is cozy, private, and full of character! Make sure you book this place, you won't regret it.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this super nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport. Delicious breakfasts. We recommend this place to all who want to visit Paris and live with a couple of exceptional people.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Paris. Both hosts are very helpful and keen to recommend things to see and do, places to eat and to give advice on getting around their beautiful city, of which they are rightly proud. We can't recommend a stay with them highly enough if you want to feel "at home" in Paris. We wouldn't hesitate to return in future as there is so much to explore and enjoy from such a great location with such friendly hosts.
