Benjamin and Marie were accessible and accommodating. The apartment was as described and close by metro to the center of Paris. We will come back without hesitation.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Great stay. Great value for money. Well cared for and very cozy. Strategic location, easy access to the center by public transport as well as to Orly airport. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

We loved staying at Marie’s! The location is perfect in Le Marais with an unlimited number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and museums within a few blocks. Even though it’s a busy neighborhood, Marie’s apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Marie was beyond attentive to our every need and question. We traveled to Paris with our 9-month old and the extra room was perfect for her, as it can be fully darkened with the skylight and window shades and Marie was kind enough to provide a crib for us. There was a supermarket one block away with all of the baby supplies that we needed as well. The cobblestone entrance is very, very bumpy for a stroller but our little one seemed to really enjoy the ride and then once outside the sidewalks a small but sufficient for a stroller. Marie provided great recommendations and we cooked dinner several times at home using groceries purchased from the local farmers market.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

This is a lovely place. Great connections to the rest of Paris. The bars around the corner are lovel. The area has some really good restaurants that are in walking distance and reasonable.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We absolutely loved our stay at The TeRRACE! The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was a real plus during hot days, and the private terrace was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was perfect — a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, with very good restaurants and shops nearby. It was also located a few minutes' walk from the public transport network, which allowed us to move easily throughout Paris. It was really all we needed for our stay in Paris. We highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located: RER nearby, banks of the Marne. The apartment is well arranged, it has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils etc. And the hosts are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you for everything!

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s place on the outskirts of Paris. The area is charming, peaceful, and very walkable, with easy access to the tram and bus, making it convenient to get into the city. The house was clean, neat, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day in Paris. Sophie is a warm and responsive host who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, authentic experience just outside the city!
