Mon appartement est situé dans un arrondissement calme et charmant de Paris. Au 5e étage sans ascenseur, il dispose d’un balcon filant qui donne sur la chambre et le salon. Le hall d’entrée dessert toutes les pièces. La chambre dispose d’un lit de 1m40 sur 1m90. Le salon a un canapé 2 places et un pouf 1 place et est ouvert sur la cuisine. La salle de bain à une petite baignoire et les WC sont dans une pièce à part. Toutes les pièces de l’appartement ont une fenêtre.

This beautiful top end studio is the ideal starting point for your Parisian getaways. Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes are provided to help you get the most of your trip. The area is great, full of cafés and restaurants and close to everything. The building is equipped with a swimming pool a sauna and a solarium (closed on Mondays).

Charming 2 room apartment on the top floor, quiet, spacious and very bright. Ideally located near the metro (line 6 & 8) and woods "Bois de Vincennes" (5 minutes walk). It is composed of a large living room (sofa with chaise longue, dining table, oak desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with toilet. It has a balcony where you can eat outside and enjoy a view on the roofs of Paris.

This spacious 80 m² apartment, warm, quiet and comfortable, is close to the Place de la Nation and the BERCY ARENA concert hall. It is also located near the Bois de Vincennes if you want to get some fresh air in the evening for a picnic or a digestive walk. Important information: having a cat (which will not stay during your stay) we draw your attention to the fact that this apartment may not be suitable for people with allergies.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
